I’m friendly and approachable and would be happy to help with homework, games and activities, mealtimes and evening routines. I’m currently looking for flexible babysitting work alongside my studies and would love the opportunity to help local families.
My Experience
I am a university student looking to begin working as a babysitter. Although I am new to formal babysitting, I have three years of experience working as an AFA Youth Referee, where I regularly worked with and was responsible for managing children and young people in a safe and structured environment.
This role has taught me how to communicate clearly with children of different ages, remain calm and responsible in challenging situations, manage disagreements, and prioritise safety and wellbeing. I am reliable, patient and confident around young people, and I would be happy to help families with evening or weekend babysitting, homework, activities and general supervision.
My Qualifications
I am currently a university student and have three years of experience as an AFA Youth Referee. Through refereeing, I have developed strong communication, responsibility, decision-making and conflict-management skills while working directly with children and young people.
I am currently looking to build my experience in babysitting and childcare and am happy to provide further information or references where required.
