Hello! I’m Annabel, a caring, reliable and enthusiastic childcare professional with a genuine passion for supporting children as they grow, learn and explore the world around them.
I have a background in Childhood and Youth Studies, children’s residential care and supporting adults with additional needs. I’m currently studying towards my BA (Hons) in Childhood and Youth Studies, alongside continuing to develop my knowledge and skills in childcare.
I believe children thrive when they feel safe, valued and encouraged to be themselves. I love creating opportunities for imaginative play, outdoor adventures, creative activities and learning through everyday experiences. I take pride in providing thoughtful, attentive care and going that little bit further to make each day special.
I offer flexible childcare, including daytime care, school pick-ups and drop-offs, after-school care, evening and weekend babysitting, overnight care and ad hoc support.
I’m approachable, adaptable and understand that every family and child is different. Building trusting relationships with both parents and children is something I really value.
My aim is simple: to give parents peace of mind and children a happy, safe and enriching experience.
My Experience
I have experience providing independent paid childcare, alongside a professional background in children’s residential care.
Through my work, I have developed a strong understanding of safeguarding, children’s individual needs, emotional wellbeing and the importance of creating a safe, nurturing and consistent environment.
I also have experience caring for babies and young children, and I particularly enjoy supporting their development through imaginative play, creative activities, outdoor adventures and everyday learning opportunities.
I am currently studying towards a BA (Hons) in Childhood and Youth Studies, further developing my understanding of child development and the needs of children and young people.
I pride myself on being reliable, attentive and approachable, and I understand the importance of building trusting relationships with both children and their families. My aim is always to provide thoughtful, personalised care that gives parents peace of mind and children a happy, positive experience.

My Availability
I currently have some limited availability alongside existing commitments. However, I am open to discussing opportunities and would consider offering full-time availability for the right family and role. I can be flexible and am happy to discuss individual childcare requirements.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
