Hi, I’m Favour! I’m a caring, friendly and responsible person who genuinely enjoys working with and caring for others. I currently work as a Support Worker, where I have experience supporting both children and adults with their individual needs. This role has helped me develop patience, compassion, strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and responsible in different situations.
I’m also currently studying HR Management at university, which has helped me further develop my organisational and communication skills. Alongside my studies and work, I enjoy creating positive and supportive environments for those in my care.

I currently work as a Support Worker, where I have experience supporting both children and adults with their individual needs. My role involves providing care and support, helping with daily routines, communicating effectively and ensuring the people I support feel safe, comfortable and respected.
I also have personal childcare experience as an older sister to two younger siblings, whom I have helped care for from a young age and continue to support. This has given me experience with everyday childcare, keeping children entertained, helping with routines, preparing food and making sure they are safe and comfortable.
Through both my professional and personal experience, I have developed strong patience, communication and organisational skills. I understand that every child is different and that it is important to create a safe, caring and positive environment while following their individual routines and their parents’ preferences.
I have a valid DBS check and I am currently studying HR Management at university alongside working. I am responsible, reliable and confident in caring for children, and I would be happy to support families with their childcare needs.

My Availability
My Availability
I currently work as an agency and bank Support Worker alongside studying at university, so my availability can vary from week to week. However, this also means I have some flexibility and can arrange my schedule depending on the childcare needed.
I’m happy to discuss regular or occasional babysitting and nannying, including evenings and weekends where possible. I’m always happy to communicate in advance and agree suitable dates and times around my existing work and university commitments.
