Hi there! My name is Caroline, and I am a 25 year-old American who has recently moved to the UK. I am currently working on my postgraduate degree at the University of St. Andrews. If I am not studying, you will most likely find me curled up with a good book, sitting by the beach, or going for a run.
My Experience
Before moving to the UK, I taught sixth grade (primary school) English Language Arts for two years. During that time, I created lesson plans, assessed student needs and growth, contacted parents, arranged parent meetings, and managed five class periods with approximately 25 students per class. I also have experience working with children who are neurodivergent. During my years as an undergraduate student, I worked in the nursery of a church caring for infants between the ages of 3 months - 3 years. As of two weeks ago, I am an aunt and have experience with new borns as well. I am CPR and First-Aid certified.
