About Me
I am a friendly, caring and hardworking person who enjoys working with children and helping them learn and develop. I am patient, responsible and always willing to learn new skills and take on new challenges. Through my two years of work experience as a nursery assistant and teaching assistant in a Reception class, I have developed good communication and teamwork skills and have gained experience supporting children with their learning and individual needs. My role is to ensure children are supported and valued under my care.
My Experience
I have completed a year of work in a nursery which has taught me how to care for younger children, I have also done a year in a reception class as a teaching assistant where I would occasionally help out with the year ones and twos, this gives me experience with a variety of age groups. During this time, I had to plan and carry out activities for the children, assess their development and provide appropriate support. I would also involve myself with their play, encouraging social interactions to improve their development. I have also got experience taking care of children over night as I babysit and family friends child. I have done this job since the child was 1, they are now almost 5 years old.
My Qualifications
I have a Level-3, T-level qualification in early years.
My Availability
I am available most days of the week for any hours.
