My husband and I live in Fordham, near Newmarket, with our daughter. She is almost 2 years old - she's chatty, thoughtful and caring. She loves playing outside and getting messy. She can be quiet until she gets to know people, so she'd benefit from a patient and reassuring approach.

Courtney was very professional and had a lovely approach with our daughter, putting her at ease quickly - so much so that she fell asleep on her at bedtime! Courtney followed all our instructions and was super easy to communicate with, as well as being very prompt. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
