About Me

Hi, I’m Yumna, a caring and reliable babysitter with experience supporting children in both home and school settings. I have personal experience caring for children with autism and developmental needs, helping with routines, communication, activities and building confidence and independence.

I have also completed work experience in a primary school, where I supported children with learning, play activities and their daily needs. I’m patient, responsible and enjoy creating a safe and positive environment where children feel comfortable and supported.

I’m happy to help with after-school care, babysitting, homework, playtime, routines and supporting children who may need a little extra understanding and patience. I also have an Enhanced DBS check.

My Experience

I have experience caring for children in both family and school environments. I regularly support younger children with their daily routines, activities, communication and emotional needs. I have personal experience supporting children with autism and developmental needs, which has helped me develop patience, understanding and the ability to adapt my approach to each child.

I also completed work experience in a primary school, where I supported children during lessons, play activities and everyday classroom routines. This gave me experience working with children of different ages and abilities, helping them feel comfortable, included and supported.

I enjoy creating fun and engaging activities for children while also helping with homework, meals, bedtime routines and building their confidence and independence.

My Qualifications

I have a Level 3 qualification, as well as GCSEs including Maths and English. I also have an Enhanced DBS check and experience supporting children through my primary school work experience and personal childcare experience, including supporting children with autism and additional needs.
