My Experience

I have nearly five years of experience working in childcare, including my current role as a Nursery Room Leader working with 1–2-year-olds. I have a Level 3 Early Years qualification and experience supporting children’s learning and development through planning, observations and activities. I also have valuable 1:1 experience supporting a child with autism, which has developed my patience, adaptability and understanding of SEN. I’m confident in creating a safe, caring and inclusive environment, adapting my approach to each child’s individual needs and building positive relationships with both children and families. I’m reliable, organised and flexible, and always aim to provide children with a fun, nurturing and supportive experience.

My Qualifications

I hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have completed A Levels in Psychology, Health & Social Care and Sociology. I am also trained and certified in Safeguarding and Paediatric First Aid. My qualifications, alongside my practical experience in childcare, have given me a strong understanding of children’s development, wellbeing, safety and individual needs.
