Hi, I’m Charlotte! ? I’m a friendly, caring and responsible person who absolutely loves spending time with children. I have experience working in a nursery and have developed a good understanding of children’s needs, routines and wellbeing.

My Experience
I have around 2 years of experience working in a nursery, caring for children and supporting them with their everyday routines and development. My experience includes planning and carrying out fun, age-appropriate activities, helping with meals and personal care, supporting nap and bedtime routines, and making sure children are safe, happy and comfortable.
I’m confident working with children of different ages and personalities and understand the importance of being patient, caring and attentive to each child’s individual needs. I also have experience communicating with parents and working as part of a team to provide children with a positive and safe environment.
My Qualifications
I have gained several Level 3 qualifications relating to childcare and early years and am continuing to work towards completing my full Level 3 qualification. Through my studies and nursery experience, I have developed knowledge of child development, safeguarding, health and safety, wellbeing, communication and supporting children’s individual needs.
I’m committed to continuing to develop my childcare knowledge and skills and always put children’s safety, happiness and wellbeing first.
