My Experience

I have a childcare certificate and practical experience working with children in different settings. I worked in a school as an Early Years Practitioner giving me a strong understanding of child development, the EYFS framework, and the importance of consistent routines, caring for children aged 4–5 and supporting them with their daily activities and learning. I also worked in another school caring for children aged 4–10 during break times, making sure they were safe, supported and well looked after. In addition to my professional experience, I have regularly babysat for friends and neighbours, caring for children of different ages. As a mother of three children myself, I also have many years of hands-on experience caring for children, understanding their needs and creating a safe, caring and happy environment for them.

My Qualifications

I hold a Childcare Certificate Early years practitioner EYP and have practical experience working with children in school settings. I have worked children aged 4–5, and have also worked with children aged 4–10 during school break times. Alongside my professional experience, I have many years of hands-on childcare experience through looking after children for friends and neighbours, as well as being a mother of three.

My Availability

I’m available for part-time childcare during school hours, Monday to Friday, approximately 9:00am–5:00pm term time only . I’m also open to occasional babysitting and can be flexible with days and times where possible. I’m mainly looking for opportunities in Barnet and the surrounding areas.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £20.00 per hour

I’m happy to discuss the rate depending on the number of children, hours required, location and type of childcare needed.
