About Me
I've just moved to London from Barcelona to be a Spanish Language Assistant (Year 10 and 11), and as I only work 12 hours per week, I would like to be a babysitter too (and Spanish tutor if you'll like!). I'm 24yo and I speak Spanish, Catalan and English fluently, also (rusty) French. I'm vegan, I play the violin and sing, and I love cooking. Oh, and of course I love pets / animals in general! My Experience
I have worked mostly as a CGSE and Sixth Form humanities teacher back in Spain, private tutor too, but I also have experience as a babysitter. I've taken care of babies from 6 months to 2yo from musicians that come to Barcelona with their baby and need a babysitter during their rehearsals / concerts, and I have a 12yo brother whom I taken care of since he was born. So, as you can see, any range of age is actually good for me!
My Qualifications
I graduated CGSE with a 9.4/10 and Sixth Form with a 9.1/10. I finished my University studies last year: 2020 to 2024 I studied Spanish Philology, and 2024 to 2026 I took my Master's Degree in Teaching. I've also attended a lot of various courses as I really enjoy learning, and took a lot of extracurriculars such as theater, which also gave me tools to entertain kids without screens.
My Availability
I marked my general availability, but you can ask me for other gaps as I only work 3 days a week alternating between Week A (in which I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays) and Week B (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays) timings. I may visit my family back in Spain some time, but ofc I'll let you know if I'm not available.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
Rates may be higher if it is a baby or if I have to work overnight. Feel free to ask me, I'm sure we can make a good arrangement for both parts!
