My Experience

I hold a PGCE and QTS and have previous experience working in Year 1. I have also worked as a Montessori Nursery Teacher across a variety of settings for eight years. In February 2026, I completed Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) training.

Through my experience in Early Years, Montessori settings and primary education, I have been able to support children’s individual learning and development. I am passionate about helping children develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to make a successful transition into primary school, while also supporting children with additional needs.

I am committed to supporting children holistically, helping them to develop not only their knowledge and understanding but also the confidence and social skills they need to navigate the world around them.

I believe strongly in providing every child with equal opportunities to learn, develop and reach their potential. I enjoy making learning engaging and relatable, and, where appropriate, drawing on real-life experiences to capture children’s interest and make learning meaningful.

Above all, I believe children thrive when they feel supported, valued and encouraged. I aim to create positive learning experiences that are suited to each child’s individual needs and developmental level, helping them to feel confident and loved.

Montessori Diploma from MCI in July 2016
Early Childhood Studies from London Metropolitan University in July 2017
PGCE and QTS in July 2022
Designated Safegaurding Lead February 2026
First Aid training June 2024

Over the years I have attended multiple workshops and conferences to keep my knowledge up to date. In addition, I follow a variety on Montessori and Childcare podcasts and forums regularly to get new ideas.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £20.00 per hour
• Tutoring from £25.00 per hour

For home support/ tutoring children in 3 to 6 year olds - £25/hour
