Giulia
Nanny in London (also available for babysitting)
My Summary
About Me
Originally from Brazil and a Londoner for 26 years, I live in Hackney right opposite Victoria Park. I am a dedicated, warm, calm, and playful carer with a passionate focus on nurturing children through creative, nature-inspired play. As a mother of two who raised my own children here, my priority is keeping children away from screens and helping them build a deep, meaningful connection with the natural world. With a strong background in art, fashion, and design, alongside my work in plant styling, I naturally blend creativity and nature to spark children's imagination, curiosity, and hands-on exploration.
My Experience
My early years experience includes working as a Nursery Practitioner at Scallywags Nursery, where I supported childhood development, planned engaging activities, and maintained strong standards of care and safety. Having a background in art and fashion design, as well as running plant and nature-focused creative projects, I specialise in crafting activities that blend art with the outdoors. I focus on outdoor play, sensory nature exploration, and creative expression to give children a rich, screen-free environment where they can learn, play, and thrive naturally.
My Qualifications
Early Years & Childcare: Nursery Practitioner experience at Scallywags Nursery, specializing in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) learning, early childhood development, and child safety.
Specialized Workshops: Certified founder of Plant Power Studio, experienced in designing and delivering nature-based, sensory, and creative workshops.
