About Me
Those who know me often describe me as bubbly and sociable! I’m great at following explicit instructions regarding a child’s needs, very open to constructive feedback and so far I’ve never not gotten along with kids, no matter the age. From infants to teenagers, I’ve given the best care possible. I am open to discussing appropriate methods of discipline,if necessary, too! I give my all in everything I do, often to the point where a task may take too much out of me, but I get the job done regardless. I am reliable and punctual. I have a huge adoration and passion for caring for children and I have always done my best to shape them into the bright, zestful members of society they ought to be while in my care! My Experience
I have over three years’ worth of experience in babysitting and childminding. I’ve worked with babies, bottle feeding, burping, soothing, bathing, changing nappies and putting to sleep. I mainly work with toddlers, tweens, and teenagers. I’ve experience in helping with homework, feeding children their meals if needed, cleaning up after them, picking them up from school, taking them to and from their extracurricular activities, making certain that they fulfil all of their responsibilities set by parents (e.g. chores) and helping them get ready for bed. I have babysat for a lot of friends, family friends and relatives and can provide references if requested!
My Qualifications
I’ve not studied any course to do with childcare, however I can offer references, providing ample evidence of my knowledge and experience with children, if requested! I can provide character references too!
My Availability
I’m not available for morning drop-offs to school, but I am available for after-school pick-ups! I’m always available for afternoons and evenings. I also do late nights, whether it’s date night, or you’re stuck back at work, I understand and empathise with whatever the responsibility may be, so I’m happy to stay late! I currently don’t offer any overnight services.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
My base is £20 per hour, but my fees range from £20-£25 per hour depending on the number of hours I’m working, the number of children I’m working with and how young they are, along with what my responsibilities are.
