A Truly Exceptional Childminder

We cannot recommend Charley highly enough. Our child was with her from the age of 9 months, initially part-time and later full-time, and she continued to support us through the early school years with school drop-offs and pick-ups.
From the very beginning, our child formed a strong bond with Charley and genuinely loved spending time with her. It was reassuring to know that they were in such caring and capable hands. Charley is kind, gentle, calm and incredibly patient. She treats every child with respect and takes the time to understand and respond to their individual needs.
What makes Charley particularly special is the warm and fun environment she creates. She has a great sense of humour, is always up for a laugh, and makes every day enjoyable for the children in her care. She also organised lovely outings, including trips to Wandlebury and visits to Scottsdales to see the Christmas lights, which our child always looked forward to.
Charley has always been exceptionally responsive, reliable and willing to help whenever needed. As parents, we greatly appreciated her flexibility, communication and genuine care for our child’s wellbeing and development.
We feel very fortunate to have had Charley as such an important part of our child's early years and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a nurturing, dependable and engaging childminder.
