My Experience

I have experience caring for children within my family and wider circle, which has given me experience keeping children entertained, helping with routines, preparing food and making sure they are safe and comfortable.

I also have experience working in professional environments, which has developed my communication, organisation and responsibility. I’m used to managing different tasks, working independently and being trusted to handle responsibilities appropriately.

Through university and my previous work experience, I have also developed strong time-management skills and a calm, patient approach when dealing with different people. I’m confident following parents’ routines and instructions and adapting to the individual needs of each child.

My Qualifications

I have a strong background in child development, safeguarding and supporting individuals with different needs. I hold a Level 2 qualification in Child Safeguarding, as well as Oliver McGowan Autism and Learning Disability Training – Tier 1, giving me an understanding of providing safe, respectful and inclusive support.

I also achieved a Distinction Two Star in Child Development, which has given me a good understanding of children’s development, behaviour and individual needs.

I also hold an Enhanced DBS, reflecting my experience working in a professional care environment and my commitment to safeguarding and the wellbeing of those I support. I’m responsible, patient and attentive, and I always aim to create a safe, positive and enjoyable environment.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £13.00 per hour

My standard babysitting rate is £13 per hour. Overnight babysitting is charged at a higher rate, which can be discussed depending on the hours and requirements. I’m also happy to discuss rates for multiple children, longer bookings or any additional responsibilities.
