My Experience

My name is Kamelia, and I am a French exchange student currently studying at Nottingham University Business School. I am settling into the area and would love to offer my services as a trusted babysitter and pet sitter to local families!

Caring for children has always been a big part of my life. Being the eldest sibling, looking after younger ones comes naturally to me, and I have extensive babysitting experience back in Paris with children of all ages. Whether it is helping with evening routines, cooking a simple dinner, bedtime stories, or keeping them entertained with fun and creative games, I always make sure they feel safe and happy.

Along with babysitting, I have spent a lot of time tutoring students in both French and English. If you would like your children to pick up some French basics through playful conversation, bedtime reading, or fun activities, I would be thrilled to include that during our time together! Or, if you simply need someone reliable to keep an eye on them while you enjoy a well-deserved night out, that works perfectly too.

If your home has furry companions, that is an absolute bonus for me! I am a huge animal lover and feel completely at ease around dogs, cats, and pets of all kinds. I am more than happy to feed them, give them plenty of cuddles, or take care of pet sitting while you are away.

My university schedule gives me great flexibility during the week, and I am widely available on evenings and weekends for date nights, work commitments, or weekend plans. I am punctual, organized, and very happy to arrange a quick phone call, video chat, or a quick coffee meet-up first so you and your little ones (two- or four-legged!) can get to know me.

My Qualifications

I am currently an exchange student at Nottingham University Business School, having completed intensive preparatory classes and earned a dual French/American high school diploma. As the eldest sibling, I have looked after younger children from an early age and have extensive experience babysitting toddlers and school-aged children in Paris. In addition, I have worked as a private tutor teaching French and English, allowing me to help with homework or introduce children to French in an interactive, fun way. I am also very experienced and comfortable around pets of all kinds. Responsible, organized, and reliable, I am happy to provide references upon request.

My Availability

I have a very flexible university schedule and am widely available during the week, on weekends, and for overnight sitting. I am particularly suited for after-school pickups, afternoon care, and evening babysitting for parents needing a night out. Feel free to reach out even for last-minute requests or specific hours.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £10.00 per hour

My standard rate is £10 per hour for general babysitting and pet sitting.
Rates may slightly vary (around £12–£13/hour) for French language tutoring, multiple children, or late-night bookings requiring a taxi back home. I am flexible and very happy to discuss rates depending on your family's specific needs!
