My Summary
About Me
I am a self employed writer and theatre maker, specializing in children's theatre and puppetry, and I am looking for babysitting work in the Folkestone area. I am a warm and creative person, auntie to 3 little ones ranging from 6 months to 6 years old, who I care for when I visit my hometown Newcastle. I enjoy being outside, making things whether it's a new show or a painting, I love growing my house plants, cooking up new recipes and keeping active as much as possible.
My Experience
I have experience as a Teaching Assistant specializing in SEN and I have also worked as a PA for a man with down syndrome, helping him with his day to day life and planning fun activities for us both to do together. I babysit my nieces and nephews in Newcastle when I visit and my friend's children when they need a well deserved night off.
I run puppetry and physical theatre workshops with my theatre company MOTH, teaching children from as young as 2 up to adults and I volunteer for The Flying Seagull Project, we travel refugee camps internationally putting on a show and teaching circus workshops for the children residing there.
