My Experience

I have experience working as a childminder, teaching assistant and SEN support worker, supporting children of different ages, abilities and individual needs. I have also worked in secondary schools and specialist educational settings, including Beyond Autism, where I gained valuable experience supporting children with additional needs on a one-to-one basis.

I understand how important it is for children to feel safe, happy, comfortable and valued. I aim to create a warm, nurturing and positive environment where every child feels included, encouraged and supported to reach their full potential.

I enjoy planning fun, creative and educational activities that help children develop their confidence, independence, communication and social skills. Whether it’s arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, reading, imaginative play or helping with homework, I always aim to make learning enjoyable.

I am particularly passionate about supporting children with special educational needs, adapting activities and routines to suit their individual abilities and personalities.

I understand that leaving your child in someone else’s care is a big decision, which is why I believe building trust, maintaining good communication with parents and providing a safe, loving environment are extremely important.
