Eliza
Babysitter in Glasgow
My Summary
About Me
Hello! My name is Eliza and I am 27 years old. I have recently moved to Glasgow to complete a Masters degree, but I am originally from Brighton. I have four brothers and have enjoyed looking after my two younger brothers who are now not so little (19 and 14). My first jobs were babysitting for family friends, cousins, and my younger siblings. I have always enjoyed looking after children doing activities like art, reading, and playing with toys. In my last role I worked as a family support worker and I really enjoyed this role. In the future I would like to continue this line of work and possibly work as a teacher.
My Experience
I have experience working as a Family Support Worker for the charity Justlife Brighton. During this role I was working with a diverse group of families doing outreach and offering a helping hand to parents. I have also been babysitting since I was around 16 or 17 years old and have experience of looking after up to 4 children at a time. I have been involved in afterschool pick-up, overnight babysitting, and daytime childcare for younger children.
My Qualifications
I am currently completing a postgraduate degree. Before studying I have experience working in support work settings since 2023 so I have various training around supporting those with ADHD and Autism. I have also completed safeguarding training and have regular DBS checks.
My Availability
I am studying at the University of Glasgow which gives me quite a bit of flexibility. I have seminars from 10-12 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday but apart from this I am available.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.00 per hour
I can be flexible on fees and would be happy to chat about this.
