About Me
Hi! I’m a caring, friendly and responsible person who enjoys spending time with children and helping them feel happy, safe and comfortable. I’m patient, reliable and happy to help with activities such as playing games, arts and crafts, reading stories and keeping children entertained.
I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable leaving their children in someone else’s care, so I would always aim to create a safe, positive and welcoming environment. I’m also happy to help with simple tasks such as preparing snacks and keeping play areas tidy.
I’d love the opportunity to support families and make sure their little ones are well cared for!
My Experience
I have experience working at a community centre, where I helped with activities and interacting with children. I have also helped out at clubs at my school, which has given me experience supporting and engaging with others. In addition, I regularly look after my younger brother, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility and an understanding of how to keep children happy, safe and entertained. These experiences have helped me build confidence in caring for children of different needs and creating a fun, positive environment for them.
My Qualifications
I have completed my GCSEs and am currently studying A-level Sociology, Politics and Economics. My studies have helped me develop communication, organisation and critical-thinking skills, which I can apply when working with children and supporting their needs.
My Availability
I’m available for childcare around my school schedule. I can do some mornings from 7am to 9:30am, Fridays from 1:15pm onwards, and some afternoons from 3:30pm onwards, depending on the day. I’m happy to discuss specific dates and times with parents in advance to see what works best for both of us.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
My fees are affordable and fair, depending on the type of childcare needed, the number of children and the hours required. I’m happy to discuss rates with parents to find an arrangement that works for everyone. My aim is to provide reliable, caring childcare at a reasonable price.
