My Experience
I have both professional and personal experience caring for, supporting and educating children, including those with special educational needs and neurodivergent children.
I am a professional lawyer for 14+ years experience, but currently I would prefer to change my career and do what I really love.
I previously worked as a Special Support Assistant at an independent school in the UK, where I supported pupils with additional learning, emotional and behavioural needs.
I genuinely loved this role and found it incredibly rewarding.
I am also a single mother to a seven-year-old daughter who is autistic. Raising her has given me valuable first-hand experience in understanding sensory sensitivities, emotional regulation, communication differences and the importance of patience, consistency and a supportive environment.
These experiences have helped me develop strong communication skills, empathy, flexibility and creative problem-solving abilities.
I am confident in supporting children with different personalities, learning styles and individual needs.
My Qualifications
I hold three university degrees in Law,in Philology and Linguistics, in International Relations.
Although my academic background is diverse, I have always had a genuine interest in education, child development and psychology.
I previously worked as a Special Support Assistant at an independent school in the UK, supporting children with additional educational and emotional needs.
Through my professional legal experience and my role as a mother, I have developed excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, creativity and the ability to adapt to different children’s needs.
I am particularly interested in supporting neurodivergent children and helping them develop confidence, independence and essential life skills.
I am responsible, organised, attentive to detail and committed to providing a safe, nurturing and positive environment for every child in my care.
My Availability
Mostly I am free at school hours when my daughter is at school. But also I could have a child in my home and take care of them together with my daughter
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
My rates start from £15 per hour, depending on the number of children, their individual needs and the responsibilities involved.
I am happy to discuss regular arrangements, additional household support, meal preparation and individual requirements with families.
