About Me
I’m a caring, down-to-earth and reliable person with years of experience supporting children and young people! I currently work as a Head of Year in a secondary school and have previous experience in youth work, so I’m confident supporting children with a range of needs and personalities.
I’m approachable, patient and organised, and I love helping people wherever I can. Whether it’s childcare, cooking fresh, homemade meals from scratch, baking tasty treats or helping out with general household jobs, I’m happy to muck in wherever I’m needed! I have a DBS check and would love to find a role where I can use my experience to make a genuine difference to a family and make day-to-day life that little bit easier.
My Experience
I have professional experience as a Head of Year, in youth work and mental health support. These roles have taught me the importance of trust, patience, safeguarding and making people feel safe and supported. I’m used to taking responsibility, adapting to different needs and building positive relationships.
Having spent three and a half years travelling and working in different places, I’ve gained a broad outlook, independence and plenty of life experience.
