I am a caring, reliable and enthusiastic childcare professional with several years of experience working with children of different ages, including three years of experience as a Teaching Assistant and my current role as a nanny. My Experience
I have several years of experience working with children, including three years as a Teaching Assistant and experience as a nanny caring for children in a family environment.
In my current nannying role, I care for two children aged five and eight, supporting their after-school routines and ensuring they feel safe, happy and well cared for. My responsibilities include supervising the children, providing age-appropriate activities, supporting their independence and creating a positive and nurturing environment.
My previous experience as a Teaching Assistant has helped me develop strong communication, patience and behaviour-management skills, as well as an understanding of children’s individual needs and development. I am confident building positive relationships with children and parents, following routines and adapting to different family requirements.
I am passionate about childcare and take pride in being a reliable, caring and responsible person who helps children feel comfortable, supported and encouraged to learn and grow.
My Qualifications
I studied A-levels in Product Design, Geography and Sociology, which helped me develop my communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. I am also completing my degree in Quantity Surveying at London South Bank University, which has strengthened my time management, attention to detail, ability to work independently and sense of responsibility.
Although my academic background is in construction, I have developed a genuine passion for working with children through my three years of experience as a Teaching Assistant and my nannying experience. These roles have allowed me to build valuable practical skills in childcare, communication, patience and supporting children’s individual needs and development.
My Availability
I currently work with a family on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Outside of these hours, I have flexible availability and am open to taking on additional nannying opportunities. I am available on other weekdays and can discuss specific days and hours to suit the needs of the family. I am happy to be flexible wherever possible.!!.!!
My Fees
- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
No fees except expenses if needed.
