About Me
Hello! I’m a passionate and supportive Qualified Teacher specialising in children aged 3–7. I help young learners build confidence and develop essential skills in phonics, reading, writing and maths through fun, engaging and personalised lessons.
Flexible tutoring: I offer both online and face-to-face sessions, tailored to your child's individual needs and learning goals.
Maths specialism: I support children across a wide range of primary maths topics, including addition and subtraction, place value, shape and geometry, money, length and height, fractions, statistics, multiplication, division and more!
Hands-on learning: Face-to-face sessions incorporate practical maths resources such as Base 10 blocks, counting beads, ten frames and a Rekenrek to help children develop a secure understanding of mathematical concepts. I go beyond calculations by exploring the theory behind mathematical concepts and encouraging children to explain their thinking, solve problems and tackle reasoning questions to stretch and challenge their learning.
Personalised approach: Our first session will be an initial assessment to gauge your child's current abilities, identify strengths and areas for development, and help me plan lessons suited to their needs. Lessons can be structured or play based.
My aim is to make learning enjoyable, build strong foundations and help every child grow in confidence and reach their full potential.

My Availability
I am available for tutoring sessions Monday to Friday, from 4:00pm to 8:00pm, and Saturdays, from 8:00am to 1:00pm.
I offer overnight babysitting exclusively between 7:00pm and 7:00am, at a rate of £30 per hour.
