About Me
I currently work as a maternity support in an NHS maternity hospital. I have 5 years experience plus 33 years experience with my own children whom I home educated.
I am a Christian, I love the Lord and all things baby! I wish to start my own business, providing help to parents for children of all ages but particularly the newborn period where my expertise will be a blessing to the family in the early days when things can be overwhelming and you are establishing new routines.
My Experience
I have spent 4 years supporting women through elective caesarian sections, my expertise is preparation for surgery,birth partner, establishing the bonding, skin to skin and breast feeding support, I love supporting those first few days where everything is new, Mummy is exhausted and emotions run high. Personal care for mum and baby.
My Qualifications
NHS trained band 3 maternity assistant competencies including baby observations, Baby friendly initiative feeding support.
Certificate of higher education in early years.
NAMCW Certificate ( Human development, Childcare & Family Life )
Health Studies, Sociology, Human development and behaviour, Values and Principles, caring for people with dementia, prevention of infection.
ITEC Beauty Specialist.

- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Maternity Nursing from £20.00 per hour (gross)
