About Me

Hi,
My name is Asiya. I am NVQ Level 3 qualified. I have over 20 years experience in Early Years, across all ages, where I have also been room lead in toddlers room. My approach is inspired by the curiosity approach which I feel really helps children focus more on their actual learning.

I am a paediatric first aider and hold a full driving licence.

I offer a warm home from home environmental learning. I have a large play area, a large garden space, where children get the chance to explore all 7 areas of learning. I plan my activities accordingly with the children’s interests & needs. I have a playground 1 min away & 2 more parks 5 & 10 mins away. I also offer yoga, basic Makaton, cooking, sensory activities.

I live in a quite area of Bedford, only about 7 mins walk from the train station. Lovely community. 10mins walk from Town Centre and local library. Local shops very close by. Lots of green spaces to explore whether its for a run around, ball games, bug hunting, forest trail or just a picnic. Verity of playgrounds nearby, with one just 1 mins walk away. Soft play which is also walking distance.
