My Experience

I am a fully qualified teacher of English, Maths and Russian. I also specialise in the subjects of Pedagogical, Methodological and Psychological studies of children`s development. I have been teaching and tutoring for over 20 years.

I strongly believe that good and systematic education is a wonderful benefit to any child, promotes high achievement at school, gives a child confidence, joy and curiosity at studying subjects.

I am a mother of two children and my oldest son who I have tutored had achieved A and A* in all his GCSE subjects and this successful grades lead him to have high grade in A levels to get to the University he wanted to study.

From my teacher training education, with my child care I follow the teachings of world famous educators and psychologists. I also take an individual approach.

Subjects I teach:
- Maths up to the school year 11 and GCSE prep.
- English writing and reading up to school year 11 and GCSE prep.
- SATs
- 11+,12 + preparation
- Russian language, all levels
- Drawing classes for beginners. (Minimum age 7.)

My Qualifications

I am a fully qualified teacher with specialist expertise in Pedagogical, Methodological, and Psychological studies of children’s development, with a particular interest in applying these skills within secondary education.

I graduated from university in 1999 with a degree in Teaching in Primary School and as a Nursery Leader in Childcare. In addition, I hold a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Home-Based Childcare (Unit 1), along with First Aid certification and enhanced CRB/DBS checks. Throughout my career, I have continued to undertake further courses and workshops to develop my professional knowledge and skills.

I have recently graduated with a Master’s degree in Psychology with Distinction and am a proud member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). My focus is on expanding my skills and knowledge in therapeutic practice to promote and support mental well-being.

• Tutoring from £40.00 per hour

Private tutor from £20 per 1/2 hour.

I offer discounts when I teach 2 or more children together of similar abilities. This method has really shown me and parents success and enjoyable time of learning by children. They learn quicker and motivate each other to study new things faster. I have positive comments from parents too.
