About Me
Hello my name is Tracey and I live with my husband. We are non-smokers and hold valid DBS. My setting is called 'Little People's Childminder' based in Buckley and I have been registered with CIW since March 2012. I am able to accommodate from birth to 12 years old.
I'm registered with Flying Start and can provide 30 hour funded care also. I am a homebased setting where we have lots of fun learning together through play. With daily experiences where every child feels safe, secure and a valued individual and member of society. We enjoy outdoor play with sand and our mud kitchen in our secure garden where we also grow vegetables and flowers. We go on lots of outings both local and afar. Beach, loggerheads, Alyn waters, Library and local shops and pet shops. Chester zoo visits of which we are members so we can take little ones, ice cream farm and local toddler groups. I am a Healthy Pre Schools Setting, so I offer Healthy snacks and healthy eating is encouraged
I am a very trustworthy and caring person and have a passion for working and caring for children and seeing them grow and develop.
My Experience
I have lots of experience of childcare as being a parent and grandparent. I also work for Flintshire Crèche Services as a Creche Worker, since 2008, looking after children from birth plus. I am a trained breastfeeding peer supporter and I have several various childcare qualifications

My children attend Tracey's home for childcare. They have loved it there from day one. They always have fun doing different crafts and projects. Tracey takes them out for walks and on days out to places such as Chester Zoo. I especially love the record book that Tracey keeps of what the children have done each day so that I awlays know what they have been up to when I'm not there.
