Hi my name is Jasbir kaur Chadha. I am married with three children. My hobbies are reading, watching cookery programmes, meeting new people, and socialising with friends. I have a love of children and there are many reasons why a career in childcare appeals to me. I enjoy interaction with children on their own level and gaining insight into their perceptions and how they see the world. I am passionate about working with children and using my professional practice and my theoretical knowledge in allowing and assisting children to develop. I am able to work under pressure and also able to communicate effectively with parents, other professionals, and most importantly children.

I am currently working as a community engagement officer and I worked as nursery nurse, teaching assistant, and a higher level teaching assistant. My experience working in various environments has enabled me to develop a range of practical skills such as carrying out activities, managing challenging behaviour, working with parents and communicating with people from diverse backgrounds.
