I am 32 years old and live with my husband and our dog in Old Knebworth. We love being close to our family and taking walks around the country near us. I love reading, languages and mystery documentaries.
I have a diploma in Childcare and Education 0-16 and a diploma in business too. I have worked in childcare for the last 12 years and been a nanny for the last 4 of those.
I am up to date on my paediatric first aid and my safeguarding is pending a course date.
Willing to become OFSTED registered if the family requests it.
My Experience
I am the eldest of 10 Grandchildren and have cared and babysat for them all since they were born. I have a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education for 0-16 year olds at North Hertfordshire College.
This course required work experience. I have had placement in a nursery/ pre-school setting,a family with a baby, primary school and a SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) school. I have several younger family members with individual needs ( at least 2 with severe forms of autism and a few with AFHD),so have a lot of experience in that area.
I also worked in an SLD school, nurseries/preschool and the Baby Room Supervisor in a private day nursery and have 4 years nannying experience. I would regularly babysit for my family and for children I have cared for in settings.
About a year ago I finished an almost 4 year position with a lovely family who are like family to me. I would travel between their homes and on holiday with them. I’d love to find another Nanny family to be a part of and that I can be the right fit for.
My Qualifications
I have 10 GCSEs from school including Maths, English, Double Science and Spanish. I have a First Diploma in Business and a Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education 0-16 years.
I am looking into studying childcare at university but I want to fínele the right course and distance learning facility for me especially being a mature student.
I have current DBS and am Paediatric First Aid trained, Safeguarding, Herts Step on training, My Baby's Brain: Five to Thrive.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
Nannying is £15p/h gross. I am looking for £12 per hour for Babysitting, £15 after 11pm. Fees are negotiable with overnight stays available on request.
