About Me
Hi my name is Natalie Wile and I am an Ofsted Outstanding childminder in Willington, I work alongside 2 assistants so we have "lots of hands on deck" We specialise in care of children under the age of 5 years old.
I have many years of childcare experience working with newborns, twins, sibling groups and children of all ages.

My Experience
I have worked in the childcare sector since leaving university and gained valuable experience throughout the years.
I have practised childcare and playwork. I also have my own children and know how important it is to find the best childcare for your child.
My Qualifications
- Advanced qualification in Health and social care
- Level 4 Playwork.
- Level 3 in Childcare and Early Years Development .
- All staff are trained in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene
