Exceptional Childminder

Laura has been an incredible childminder, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She has created such a warm, caring and nurturing environment, and my son genuinely loves spending time with her. Every day is filled with fun activities and adventures, and he comes home excited to tell me all about what they’ve been doing. The progress he has made since being in Laura’s care has been amazing. His vocabulary and communication skills have developed so much, he has become much more confident expressing himself, and he seems to learn something new almost every day. She has also encouraged his creativity, and it has been lovely to see skills like drawing develop through her support and patience. Laura provides healthy, enjoyable snacks and clearly puts a lot of thought into helping the children learn and thrive. She is kind, patient, flexible and genuinely cares about every child she looks after. The personalised Christmas gifts she gave the children were such a thoughtful touch and showed how much she cares. We are so grateful to have found Laura. She has played such an important role in our son’s development, and I would recommend her without hesitation to any family looking for a caring, dedicated and trustworthy childminder.

Wonderful childminder

As a first time mother I was extremely nervous to leave my first born daughter under the age of 1. Laura has a beautiful calm nature and attends to babies individual needs.
As my daughter grew, Laura provided stimulating, educational activities as well as promoting life skills and experiences which I believe you would not experience in a nursery.
We loved Laura and her work ethic so much our second daughter now attends.
Laura provides a safe, positive and encouraging environment that allows children to flourish - my girl’s confidence physically and mentally has grown due to Laura’s kindness and encouraging attitude.
I will forever be grateful for the care Laura provided for my children.

My son loves every minutes of it here with Laura

I made the right decision to move my son from nursery to Laura. He loves every minute of it here. My son had been in nursery for couple of years but they never took him out once as they they had promised from the beginning, then we got recommended to Laura by our neighbour and it’s the best decision we have made to move him from nursery to here. My son now has a chance to go out to explore the world and creates a lot of things with Laura. I would 100% recommend Laura if you want your child to grown up with the nature experience and explore the world around him :)

The best choice we could have made

We sent our daughter when she was 2, after a terrifying experience with another childminder. Laura managed to make our daughter feel safe and loved from the first day. When I got pregnant of my second one I knew straight away that I only wanted her to look after my son. He started at 9 months and loved her from the moment he saw her. Laura attention for each kid is amazing, she knows her babies. My kids never get bored, different activities or trip every day, she manage to balance fun and learning in a beautiful and easy way. My daughter now is at school but she still ask me to spend her half term holidays at Laura’s. At messy articles we found an enjoyable and caring environment where kids are respected and loved. ❤️

I could not recommend anyone else more! Forever grateful for finding her 🥹

The best childminder around the area

Our daughter began attending Laura's childcare services just before her first birthday, and now, at five years old, we continue to come to Messy Articles during the school holidays. We find Laura's approach to childcare to be exceptional, particularly in how she attends to each child, the engaging activities she provides, the educational aspects she incorporates, and the nurturing environment her home offers. My daughter has grown significantly in confidence over the years with Laura plus she loves Laura 🤪

I would highly recommend Messy Articles to anyone seeking childcare. ❤️

Fantastic childminder!

Laura is very professional and caring and has made every effort to welcome our 11-month-old daughter as though she were part of the family. The children do different and interesting activities every day and my daughter always has a great time, so much so that sometimes she doesn't want to go home! We are very impressed with Laura and I would not hesitate to recommend her as a childminder.

Without a soul the best Childminder in Dorset

My daughter started with Laura when she was just 7 months old. As a single mum I had to go back to work full time and was devastated to leave my baby. I visited several childminder settings and the more I visited the more anxious I became. When I visited Laura, not only did I know she was the right childminder for me I also knew she would become a good friend.
Today was my daughters last day at MessyArticles as she is 4 years old and is due to start school. But she's been with Laura for almost 4 years Monday - Friday. I'm the car on the way home my daughter sobbed because she already missed Laura.
Laura provides a loving, caring and wonderful setting and provides more than a standard childminder. She provides fun, laughter and not important of all Love. She will love your child and protect your child as if her own.
My daughter is such an incredibly intelligent, conscientious and amazing little girl and I owe a lot of that to Laura and her care.
Without a doubt she is the best Childminder for your child and I can assure you will feel happy and confident to leave your babies with her as they will be well looked after, and extremely loved.

So impressed!

Having tried various holiday clubs and childcare schemes I feel so relieved to have found a childminder who I can not only trust, but with whom I can leave my 7 year old son with knowing he is going to have so much fun in a safe, clean and nurturing environment. He came home chatting and laughing about his day and asking when he could return! Thank you Laura- see you in the next holidays!
