My son attended from 9 months old until just before his 3rd birthday, and the only reason we moved on was because I felt he was ready for his next adventure at nursery.
Jasmine always provided a great range of meals and made sure the children got out for local walks every day, which I really appreciated.
What I loved most was the home-from-home routine. Whenever I needed to make changes, like adjusting nap times, Jasmine was always happy to follow the same routine I used at home, which made things so much easier and more consistent for my son.
He was always so happy to go each day, which gave me real peace of mind. Since leaving, he has actually been really sad about it, which says everything about how much he loved being there.
I’m so grateful for the care, support and kindness Jasmine showed us both, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful childminder.

So happy we picked Jasmine

We found Jasmine on here and since September 2023 until July 2025 I can honestly say there hasn’t been a time we have been unhappy.

I remember the first two times we dropped our one year old daughter to Jasmine, she didn’t want to leave us. After that, she was so excited to go. Then she was always excited about going to what she later called ‘my jasmines’. A lot of the time my daughter would run into Jasmines without saying bye to me, as she was so excited.

I only have my daughter’s older sister to compare to, however she clearly picked up sharing and has made comments around sharing that could have only come from Little Lakes. She learnt to be confident, picked up words and I think she is above her sister in terms of development going into nursery. I partly believe this is due to Little Lakes.

My daughter could draw fairly well for her age. She tells me I am drawing wrong sometimes and shows me how Jasmine showed her! So I knew she she was picking up skills and I love her art work she comes home with.

When we potty trained her, Jasmine was great.

Honestly at first we were worried about leaving our daughter while we went to work. But I can’t think of one occasion when we stressed while she was with Jasmine. I honestly can’t recommend her enough.

I think earlier in the year Jasmine told us she received an outstanding ofsted review but we was not surprised.

A Truly Wonderful Childminding Experience

My daughter attended this incredible childminding setting from the age of 11 months until she was 2 and a half, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better place for her to begin her early years journey. The only reason we had to say goodbye was due to a house move – otherwise, we would have loved for her to stay much longer!
From our very first meeting, she was at ease – a true testament to the warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment that Jasmine provides. The home-from-home setting made all the difference, offering a safe and comforting space where she could explore, grow, and feel secure.
Throughout her time there, Jasmine supported her in learning new skills, carefully tracked her development, and kept us updated every step of the way through the app – complete with photos and detailed updates that we cherished. These regular insights into her day meant the world to us and helped us feel connected even when we were apart.
My daughter was even present for Jasmine's first Ofsted inspection, during which she was – very deservedly – rated Outstanding. It only confirmed what I already knew: this setting was absolutely the right choice for my daughter.
My daughter formed lovely friendships with the other children at the setting and always looked forward to her days there. One area where we saw a huge improvement was with her eating habits. She has always been a fussy eater, but thanks to Jasmine's nutritious and varied weekly meal plans, she was gently encouraged to try new foods. This thoughtful approach helped her overcome many of her challenges around mealtimes, which we are so grateful for.
We’re also especially appreciative of the care and support we received when working through separation anxiety – Jasmine was understanding, patient, and full of helpful strategies that made a big difference for both my daughter and us as parents.
Even now, she still talks about Jasmine and the other children regularly, which shows just how much of a positive and lasting impact they had on her during such an important stage of her life.
I am truly thankful for the wonderful care and attention she received, and I wholeheartedly recommend this setting to any family looking for a nurturing, engaging, and supportive environment for their child.
