About Me
Hi I'm mary Morrison I live with my husband and 3 boys one of the boys are still at school my other sons are in employment I have a large back garden child friendly and lots of toys for indoors and outdoors activities. We attend local toddler group soft play bookbug and trips out Arts and crafts,walking, baking and plenty more on offer i offer a home from home enviroment. I am very reliable trustworthy person and do everything to the best of my ability. It is also important for me that the parents are involved and kept up to date with there childs avtivities and daily routine for the parent and myself to have a good communication for the best needs of the child I am also a member of the SCMA scottish childminding association where you can find out a lot more information.
My Experience
I have brought up my own children and have worked voulentery in the local school as a parent helper and also the nursery. I have worked in the caring inviroment for the elderly for the past 12 years so i am used to the caring inviroment. Ive been Childmind a few years and love it my first inspection grades were all 4s which I was pleased with for a first inspection. i keep all my training up to date.
My Qualifications
I am scma registered also care commison registered.
I have done the introduction training with scma plus child protection.
I have first aid
I have a svq2/3 in social care
I have rehis
I have many others which can be viewed when meeting. I attend regular training to keep myself up to date
My Availability
My availability is mon-fri 8am-6pm other times can be discussed if needed.
I have full/part time places available i also do before/after school.

My son went to Mary for a year while I was in work and my husband was in college. She was flexible with us when my husband's timetable changed 3 times within the year. My son went into Mary's house win the morning happily and came home happily at the end of the day. I was given lots of pictures that he had made and was told all about his trips to toddlers and booking etc. I really would recommend Mary. She is lovely.

My Daughter has been looked after by Mary 3 days a week since she was between 5/6 Months old and is now coming up on 3 and Still attends Mary's I can not rate Mary Highly enough the service she provides for the Kids is excellent my daughter has learned so much in the past few years her confidence has grew greatly as there was a point she wouldn't leave my side she also has a better social life than me as Mary takes them to different educational places each day so they aren't stuck in doors and on the days when the weather is to bad to go out Mary brings the out doors into the house. They kids also do loads of arts and crafts and gifts For Mummy or Daddy My daughter has no problem getting up in the morning if she knows she's going to Mary's and she even loves Mary's sons. This has gave me great comfort over the years knowing how good Mary is and that myself as a parent gets on great with her she is easy to approach and talk to and always keeps you updated on how the day has went.
