My Experience

I have worked within the childcare sector for ten years, in roles varying from nursery assistants, private day care deputy manager to reception teacher. I have vast experience in caring for young children and creating a fun, safe and stimulating environment that encourages their development.

I currently work for Croydon Council, in the Access to Education department. I work with children/young people and their families to understand their barriers to education and work towards overcoming them so the child/ young person can flourish with the education system.

I am passionate about phonics and teaching children how to read, I believe when children enjoy reading they are able to access a whole world of enjoyment. I am trained in Read Write Inc and Letters and Sounds, therefore I am able to adapt lessons to the scheme your child is learning at school.

I hold a full drivers license and own my own car.

My Qualifications

I have a BA degree in Ealry Childhood Studies and Education. Along with a Masters in Childhood and Youth Studies

My Availability

I am available Monday - Friday after school/ evening. I am available throughout the day on the weekends

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
• Tutoring from £30.00 per hour

My salary per hour is £30.00
