The best!

I found Jusna at a time where I was let down by another child minder. She agreed to take on my daughter who was then just over a 1 year old. Going back to work after maternity and leaving my baby was a really difficult decision for me however looking back now it was the best decision for our little girl. Jusna made the transition effortless my daughter bonded with her instantly, Jusna has an effortless calm energy and that trickles on to the children in her care. My daughter loved attending she would go to the library and park weekly and to local stay and play groups. We received regular pictures and updates on how Laylas day is going.
I am so grateful to have had my daughter in Jusna’s care our daughter has moved on to nursery but still misses and talks about ‘aunty’.

Fantastic experience

Choosing a childminder for your child is one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make, and from the very first visit we knew Jusna was someone special. From the moment we stepped into her setting, she made us feel so welcome with her warmth, kindness and genuinely caring nature. It immediately felt like a home away from home.

Throughout our son’s time with Jusna, she went above and beyond in every way. She was always incredibly understanding and flexible. On the occasions when work commitments meant I needed to drop my son off earlier or collect him later than usual, Jusna was always happy to help, which made such a difference to our family.

The progress our son has made during his time with Jusna has been amazing. He has grown so much in confidence, become more independent, learnt so many new skills, and built wonderful friendships with the other children. Every day was filled with fun, learning and new experiences, and it was clear that he felt safe, happy and loved in her care. Jusna has a wonderful way of making every child feel like they belong, and our son truly felt at home with her.

As parents, the reassurance Jusna gave us was priceless. Her communication was excellent, keeping us updated with how our son’s day had gone and sharing the little moments that meant so much to us. We always felt completely comfortable leaving him in her care because we knew he was being looked after as if he were one of her own.

By the time our son’s last day came around, saying goodbye was genuinely emotional. Jusna is no longer just our son’s childminder—we truly feel she has become part of our family. If we are lucky enough to have another child in the future, there is no question whatsoever that we would choose Jusna again.

Thank you, Jusna, for your love, patience, dedication and everything you have done for our son. We will always be grateful for the positive impact you’ve had on his early years. We couldn’t recommend you more highly.

Amazing

When my maternity leave ended and I went back to full-time work, I was so anxious about finding childcare for my 1-year-old. I visited so many settings that seemed fine, but nothing felt right. I was honestly considering giving up work because I couldn’t bear leaving him.

Then someone recommended Jusna. From the moment my husband and I visited, we knew. Jusna has the most warm, nurturing, and loving personality. My son, who was still fully breastfed and so attached to me, walked in and immediately started playing with the toys she had out for him.

Because of my nerves, we started with just one day a week. Within a couple of weeks he was asking for "Aunty" and we moved him to full-time — the best decision I’ve ever made.

Under Jusna’s care, he has blossomed into such a bright, confident little boy. She constantly encourages him to be his best. He runs to her house every morning, asks for her all weekend, and knows every member of her family by name. They truly feel like family to us.

Every day is planned with purpose: library trips, stay and play, parks, picnics, and so many creative activities at home. She’s so hands-on. Even his naps improved — he now happily sleeps for 2 hours with her, which he always struggled with before.

It breaks my heart that he’s leaving, because I know how much he will miss Jusna and her family. Thank you for looking after us with so much love and care. You didn’t just become his childminder, you became his "Aunty."
