Great childminder!!!

Teresa and her team are wonderful. We were initially concerned about placing our 17-month-old daughter with a childminder, but they made Clara feel incredibly welcome. Everyone is loving and attentive, and the facilities are excellent and safe. Clara now truly enjoys her time there! Communicating with Teresa is effortless, and she is always very helpful!

A lovely home away from home

Ladybird Centre was such a lovely home run by a very friendly, loving and caring family. I was looking for an urgent childminder due to some work and Teresa did not hesitate to accept my son in a very short notice. They looked after my almost 3 year old son and gave him the utmost care and love he needed.
My son developed his confidence and independence during his stay at the Centre. I would definitely let my son continue to join the centre however, due to work location we are moving to a different city.
So far my son was very happy making friends and interactin with other kids and Teresa and her team made sure he settled in well. Would definitely recommend Ladybird Centre if you want a very homey and caring team and you'll be sure your child will be in safe hands.
Again, I appreciate all the effort and time Teresa and her team gave to my son. ❤️

my baby was 10 months old when I left with Tereza and her team. he is already 1 year old, and we are very happy, pleasant environment, he loves to play and has a lot of fun. tereza is very kind, delicious food for the children, and lots of games. I leave my son knowing that he will be very well taken care of by her.

Uncertain commitment

I cannot fault the ladies that care for the children.
However, Teresa gave me reassurance that she would provide my 8 week old son a suitable, and stable permanent place and yet within 3 months she was giving us notice that she could not take care of my son due to moving locations. This left me 10 weeks to find childcare for a newborn. Not something I would wish upon any mother.

I encourage everyone to view the google reviews, which encloses evidence that Teresa did indeed care for my son

I am deeply sorry I let you down. Unfortunately, we moved premises so we could decorate the house and children's play areas. I also suffered a loss, my mother passed away, by reducing numbers, allowed time for recovery and time to rebuild my life. I do remember your beautiful baby and hope you can forgive me.

Loving and welcoming

Ladybird Club is clean, warm and welcoming, I am very happy I found them. Teresa and her team are so friendly and supportive. The creative opportunities that are offered for the children to explore, learn and play are exceptional. My son settled so quickly that surprised us a lot and now he doesn't want to leave at home time 😃 I would highly recommend Ladybird Club. Thank you All!

Home away from home.

My daughter (2 years old) has been attending The Ladybird Club for a little over a year now, when she first started we were in need of childcare as soon as possible and Theresa was so accommodating and instantly made us all feel at home.
Since my daughter has started she has thrived, she is excited to go each morning and is always greeted with smiles and enthusiasm and sometimes has so much fun she doesn’t want to leave at pick up time 😂
She is always learning new things, whether that be different words, colours and numbers, to having lessons on wellbeing and how to regulate emotions which I think is so important!
She also receives meals everyday including healthy snacks and delicious lunches/tea… they also accommodated for her milk intolerance and provided oat milk and this has help make the morning routine that little bit easier.
All the staff have become like family to us, it’s hard to leave your child/children with anyone and takes a new level of trust but all the staff at The Ladybird Club have made any worries disappear and instilled that trust, I get daily updates and photos sent to me while I’m at work (which always brightens my day) and I also get verbal updates and details on her day at pick up times.
I myself have always suffered with anxiety and find new situations and sudden changes hard to process at times but I feel so at ease and supported by The Ladybird Club and know my daughter is in safe hands!
We are so glad we found them and hope for our daughter to attend until she goes to school.

Amazing childcare setting, very caring!

I am so glad to have found Teresa and her team. They have amazing communication, and have helped my son build his communication and social skills immensely in the past year. They always keep me updated throughout the day, and offer varied education and learning opportunities.
They go above and beyond to accommodate needs and have also helped me out last minute when needed.
I'm very wary of others caring for my son but never worry when he's in Teresa care. They always communicate any concerns and report any incidents no matter how small immediately!
Lea, Maria and Eliza are all great with me son and the whole team are friendly and welcoming. Definitely a home from home setting with the added benefit of trips and varied education opportunities.
Teresa is always looking for ways to improve, adding new toys and equipment and adding more opportunities for the children to learn.
My son has been going there since just before turning 2, he's now 3 and loves his time at 'nursery'
100/10 could not recommend enough! So happy I found this amazing team to care for my son

Very Happy

The Ladybird club is an amazing setting for any child. Teresa and the team are fantastic and go above and beyond for my daughter to make sure she is happy as well as all the other children.

Communication is on point and I never feel the need to ask what my daughter has been doing all day because they provide updates throughout the day which is amazing and I feel total comfort knowing she’s having fun.

I am overall very happy with the setting and I highly recommend it to everyone who is looking for a fantastic and reliable childcare provider.

Amazing care

Took a while to find a childminder and when I first met Teresa I was so happy and my boy loved her. I had a lot of anxieties about leaving him with anyone especially with his allergies but Teresa reassured me and was brilliant with understanding. My boy loves coming here and settled in amazingly well and was so happy to go everyday. They were always sending pictures with what he was up to and always had something good to say about him at the end of the day. He thrived so much in the short time he was there. Sadly we had to leave but I would have loved to have kept my boy there, I was so sad to be going. We love them all and I wish them all the best

Home from home ❤

Our boy loves the Ladybird club. Teresa and her staff are absolutely brilliant and reliable.
They take a good care of our son even though he can be very challenging due to his health issues. Communication is great, pictures throughout the day are so assuring, letting me focus on my work.
I'm very pleased with all the activities and outdoor play, I'm sure kids are never bored.
Highly recommend this childcare provider !
