Mai looked after our 12-month old little girl 2 days a week for nearly 2 months. She has a very calm and unflappable nature which we really appreciated and she was always extremely punctual and communicative. Our daughter was very comfortable with her right away and always happy to see her. Mai helped us establish a consistent nap and meals routine and was always proactive in seeking out places to go and different activities in the local neighbourhood. We only stopped using Mai as our nanny as we were moving away for an extended period. We would recommend her to anyone!

Mai had full care of our 9 month old for 6 weeks when we needed short-term help - she was very friendly and our child warmed to her quickly. Key responsibilities included - organising activities locally and at home, changing nappies, feeding (milk and solids) and putting our child down for naps. She was proactive in finding local playgroups and activities and organised lots of different things for our child to do in the day. She also prepared homemade snacks and meals and knew how to feed our child in an appropriate way for his age group. From a practical perspective, Mai was great at communicating with us with what she had planned for Finely in good time.
