Simona is an absolute diamond. She looks after our son and all the other children in her care, just like her very own. She is honest, kind, supportive, creative and reliable. She has helped enormously to make our childcare experience a rewarding one. Our son loves her and so do we!

My daughter was going one day a week to Simona and 4 days a week at the nursery. Since the beginning, she felt comfortable with Simona. When she knows in the morning that she is going to the childminder, her face brightens and she got very excited (happy dance on the bed). She is also enjoying the nursery but I think the setting and the environment at Simona's home are just so special. I get an update on what she is doing during the day and it does look like they have a lot of diverse activities and fun during the day! I don't think my daughter is doing that much at the nursery. It's also great to see my daughter interacting with kids a bit younger and older than her.
Both my husband and I felt really comfortable with Simona. We have the same view in raising children and dealing with challenging moments with the kids. We 100% recommend her as a childminder.

Having raised two kids, I never thought childminders like this existed.
I found Simona for my third one, and I can certainly say her active interaction, love, and individual approach to each child is by far, the best care I could wish for, for my little explorer.
Simona always has activities planned for the kids, which exceed what many respectful nurseries do, in different ways, i.e. creativity, educational aspect, social/practical skills, emotional intelligence, and so on. Always organized and positive, Simona will teach children good manners. I cannot recommend her enough! She is truly remarkable! I'm so lucky to have found her. My son loves spending time with Simona. Thank you so much for everything you do! :) xx

Simona has been a godsend for our little family, when I needed childcare during the pandemic. As an educational psychologist I visit a lot of settings, and I’m quite selective about my own childcare! From her very first message, Simona replied reliably and answered all my questions fully. I was surprised by how easily my daughter settled in, and she is always happy that it’s a Simona Day. Simona sends photos throughout the day, and I love being able to picture what my daughter is up to. Simona’s professionalism has meant that I feel able to raise any concerns I have, confident that we will still have a good relationship.
Simona has boundless energy for setting up engaging activities, and although she is a qualified teacher, she makes sure that everything is play-based, which is important to me. My daughter spends hours each day playing independently, as well as joining in with singing, stories and structured craft activities.
Simona and her family are incredibly kind. Her girls come to the door in the morning, eager to see my daughter, and my daughter especially loves her big girl, who plays beautifully with the little ones. Simona’s kindness extends to the whole family, like providing lunch for my daughter the week of our house move, and posting a card from my daughter to her granny for Mother’s Day. Simona has been very flexible to our family’s needs, and is supportive of my summer-born daughter starting Reception at five.
I have especially appreciated Simona’s calm approach to the pandemic. The children are well informed about the virus and take all sensible precautions but their day to day lives are filled with play and normality. Simona holds a party for each child’s birthday and celebrates every occasion and event, which has filled the huge gap left by restrictions and cancellations in the wider world.
I am so grateful for Simona’s skilled and kind care of my daughter, and I hope our families will be friends long after my daughter leaves to start school.

We were initially thrown into looking for a Childminder when our eldest son was starting Reception at Whitings Hill and whilst we had always planned for him to go to After School Club this was not available due to the COVID pandemic, let the stress begin.
We searched around for a Childminder and visited a few but did not feel comfortable with those ones as we were looking for someone who would replicate a home environment for our son and not just be an after school club. We then found Simona and thank god we did. We popped over to her lovely warm, clean and safe home and instantly felt that gut feeling you get when you know its the right person. Our son warmed to her straight away and our 2 yr old didn't want to leave which is always a good sign. An important thing for us was that as our son wasn't going to be getting hot meals at school due to COVID that he would get one in the evening and Simona is more than happy to cook every evening for him, even catering to his fussy nature with food.
We get regular Whatsapp photos with him practising his reading and writing there and SImona constantly keeps him entertained with far more imaginative games than we come up with at home. He also has a lot of fun playing with the other children including Simona's daughters.
We honestly couldn't recommend Simona highly enough. She is naturally caring and very professional. Our boy Is extremely happy there and always has a big smile on his face when we pick him up surely that's the only sign you need to know you've made the right choice.

Our son started going to Simona for two days a week when he was 8 months old. He is now 19 months and goes for three days a week. He absolutely adores Simona, as do we! Although he can be clingy with me at home, our son never minds leaving me when he is going to Simona - in fact he runs away from me happily the moment i drop him off at the door and is always in a great mood when I pick him up again.
Simona keeps us regularly updated throughout the day with pictures of what they are getting up to. She prepares creative and imaginative activities, which are stimulating, fun and educational for the children. I love finding the drawings/artwork in our son's bag at the end of each day! She prepares fresh, healthy meals so I know our son is eating well.
It was such a relief to find someone so trustworthy and loving to look after our son while my husband and I are working (we are both professional classical musicians) - we couldn't have asked for more and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Simona most highly.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Simona when we did, our daughter was soon approaching her first birthday and my return to work from maternity leave was looming. After a year of the world standing still because of Covid I hadn’t left my daughter for longer than two hours so as a first time Mum I was feeling very anxious about organising her childcare.
Simona invited us round to her house to chat and to meet Nina and as soon as I met her at her front door my gut instinct was that I could trust her to look after my daughter implicitly. She has a warmth and kindness that radiates from her and my daughter was transfixed. It was meant to be.
As a first time Mum I struggled leaving my daughter at first but Simona was an incredible support, what became evident was how happy my daughter was with Simona and the other children and she still beams and giggles when we ring Simona's bell at the start of the day (Nina has been going to Simona’s for three months now).
Simona really looks after your children as if they were her own and I don’t think you can ask for more than that. It is a kind, nurturing and stimulating setting for a child. Simona’s house is beautiful and clean and she is always coming up with new activities for the children.
What was very special for us was Simona organised a birthday party for Ninas first birthday and she came home happy with beautiful home made cards from all the children. So it feels more than a child care setting and much like an extended family.
Simona is excellent at her job and her heart is in everything. She really listens to you and caters for everything and anything.
They say it takes a village to raise a child so I am incredibly grateful to have Simona on my team.

Simona cared for my son when he was 19- 23 months old last year for just under 6 months. My son was in her care from July - December 2019. She was absolutely amazing and the only reason we left was because I am now home with our children. Simona was such a kind, attentive and generous childminder and my son loved his time with her. She was a great communicator, was flexible when I needed it was always reliable. I miss her and wish so much that my son was still in her care. She's highly trained, always available and gave me extra support when I was pregnant. She really was an angel to our family when we needed it the most.

I have known Simona for 5 years now. She was my son’s best friend nanny and now she is my friend. I have always been impressed with the way Simona looked after H. and his older siblings. Always with high standards in the most nurturing environment! Simona is very committed to her job, she does it perfectly and with pleasure. She can easily identify any issue/development stage children might be experiencing (emotional/physical/social/academic), set realistic goals and implement the most variety of fun/interesting ways to work through it. Super effective communication skills and huge heart! For several times I have heard people referring to Simona as the little boy’s mom and I guess that shows a lot of the relationship she has with the ones she looks after :) Finishing this review I would like to add that Simona is a wonderful mom of two gorgeous girls and that you can see in them all I have detailed above. Having Simona as your childminder will make you an even luckier and grateful person, believe me!

Simona looked after my premature twins when they were toddlers, to give me a break. I never once worried whilst Simona was in charge and the children loved her. She played many stimulating games and introduced us to a family with whom our children are still best friends. The house was always spotless when I came home, which was very welcome. Simona sets high standards for herself in terms of being a super nanny - and meets them. We still keep in touch and our children like to play together. You won't go wrong, trusting your children to Simona.
