My daughter has been going to Jo’s for 4 years; since she was 10 months old. This is an amazing setting! My little one has loved the fun activities, lots of variety and made lots of friends. It is a friendly, nurturing environment and we love how Jo has helped her to grow, and with so much experience she helped us with the milestones such as learning to walk and potty training, transition into big school and has been with us every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough, Jo and Shannon are completely trustworthy and reliable.

So I was looking for a childminder over a year ago and come across Jo! She was understanding and helpful from the get go! I took my daughter to view jos setting and she and I absolutely loved it. My daughter has been there over a year now and will continue to go to jos, because Jo is friendly, caring, always goes all out for the children, and I couldn't feel more relaxed when leaving my daughter in Jos care. She has done wonders for my daughter in so so many ways, 10000% recommended to anyone needing childcare, Jo is one in a million!

I cannot recommend Jo & her lovely family enough (especially Shannon)! Jo has the patience of a saint for my many questions even before my youngest started there.
Jo has been an incredible support and we see first hand how much our kids love going in! The holiday club also means our eldest can attend which has so many fun activities and themes throughout the holidays. My children come home feeling grounded and happy and that's best feeling.
We are going to miss you and your team so very much when we move!
If you are looking for childcare in the Thanet area, I highly recommend that you contact Jo!

Our 2 boys have been going to Jo’s for 3 years (both Afterschool and holiday club) and it’s been a huge relief to have found someone so understanding, flexible and creative looking after our children. She sets up great, fun activities and has made our boys feel safe and secure. Our oldest has some additional needs and she really built a fantastic relationship with him where he felt he could talk to her about his worries if he needed. She has also handled tricky behaviour firmly and fairly so they really respect her. We’re really sad to be moving on but their other school based commitments now they are older don’t fit with pick up times. Highly recommend Jo to anyone looking for childcare support in Margate, Westbrook and Garlinge.

The most lovely place for children of all ages. Jo and her lovely daughter are so amazing with my children.
They always make a wonderful effort with everything they do to ensure a fun, playful, educational and varied experience.

The knowledge jo has and provides to not only the children but us parents is invaluable, my little girl was off for a long time through covid but jo put in the extra time and effort to make sure she was fully prepared for a smooth transition from child minders to school. I’m very much looking forward to my youngest starting with jo in the new year and watch him blossom as my little girl did with the love, care and education provided by jo and incredible helpers.

Jo is just amazing! It only seems like yesterday we went to visit her for the first time, it was infact 9 years ago! Both of our children have grown up with jo as a normal part of their daily life! I could not recommend jo enough! We will miss them all! No longer the childminder, now a friend.

Jo has been absolutely amazing as a childminder to my two children.
They have flourished whilst being under her care and I would highly recommend her!
She is so caring and loving towards all the children, as if they were her own- providing a stimulating home from home setting.
She provides fantastic learning activities to suit all the children's abilities.
There is always lots of fun to be had with Jo- To anyone who is lucky enough to get a space, ENJOY :)

My little boy has been going to Jo for 1.5 years and my baby girl will definitely be heading to her when needs must.
Jo has a wonderful Ora about her, the moment I went for a viewing I knew this would be perfect for my little boy. Everything was organised and clean and they embark in activities everyday as well as balancing quiet time. Jo has been spot on about my boy from the off, seen his needs and helped me work on them. She has also noticed his gifted abilities in core subjects and helped me understand his qualities.
I’m sad to be leaving but looking forward to experiencing this journey again with my daughter.

My son has been with Jo after school for over a year now, they are a lovely family and their home is a beautiful setting for the children. My son adores both Jo and Paul and has always been very happy in their care. Jo has even gone as far as giving us some advice with home issues from her years of experience which I very much appreciate and I would whole heartedly, 100% recommend them.
