Emma has been an irreplaceable part of my sons life, she has gone above and beyond all and any of my expectations. Her enthusiasm for the children is unmatched and that is cemented when my son comes home and cannot stop talking about his day (which is filled with so much opportunity).
Emma took all my concerns away when it came to leaving my son in a childcare setting, as a first time mum! Her understanding, flexibility and clear love for what she does brings joy to each child and parent who attend there.
I am truly so grateful for finding Emma and cannot recommend her highly enough. The amenities and activities Emma provides for the children are excellent and my son always comes home with a full tummy!

Emma looked after our daughter for several years, and we feel incredibly lucky to have found her. Emma has created a warm, nurturing environment that really is a home away from home. She genuinely cares about each child under her care, and is brilliant at ensuring their emotional needs are met.
She takes her “mindies” on fun outings, and is very flexible and accommodating. This made a world of difference to us during a busy period of our lives.
Even after our daughter moved on to school, Emma has remained an important part of her life and still babysits for us regularly – something our daughter absolutely looks forward to!
Emma is everything you could hope for in a childminder – loving, dependable, thoughtful, and truly invested in the children she looks after. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.

For the past three and a half years, Emma has been an absolute lifeline for our family, caring for our two boys as if they were her own. She has created a safe haven for my children, where kindness isn't just a word but a core value. I've watched as she's nurtured them, helping my eldest with his reading and writing and ensuring they both eat nourishing, home-cooked meals. She understands the importance of fresh air and play, and my boys spend a lot of time outdoors with her (frequent day trips to chessington, sea world, hobble down, soft play, splash pools in summer), which I truly believe has made them the happy, well-adjusted children they are today.
What makes Emma so special, though, is that she's more than a childminder; she's a true bonus mom to my sons. She has been there for us during emergencies on countless occasions, always stepping in without hesitation. The boys adore her, and frankly, I don't know what we would have done without her. She's been an invaluable part of our lives, and any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.

Emma has been an incredible part of our family’s life, caring for our twin boys from the age of one and our daughter from ages three to seven. From the very beginning, she has provided a loving, nurturing, and stimulating environment that our children absolutely adore.
Emma’s approach to childcare is both caring and educational. She engages the children in fun, developmentally appropriate activities and frequently takes them on enriching outings to places like the zoo, playgrounds, and other exciting venues. Her dedication to their well-being is evident in everything she does—from the nutritious meals she prepares to the thoughtful way she supports their emotional and social development.
What truly sets Emma apart is her reliability and flexibility. She has been there for us in emergencies and outside of regular hours, always with a calm and reassuring presence. Her support has been invaluable to our family.

Emma is a warm and caring childminder who is highly skilled and capable. I have a boisterous son and she had no problem helping him to settle in and took it all of his bouncy behaviour in her stride. My son and daughter also loving going to her home and talk about her with enthusiasm and delight. She is fun and caring and completely trustworthy. She’s also highly reliable and is flexible being able to do extra hours when I needed them. Her home is child friendly and a lovely environment. She provides delicious and nutritious food. She also plays games and is a very fun loving and caring person. I can’t recommend her enough!! I’m so glad I found this gem!!!

If I could give Emma more stars I would! I couldn't begin to put into words how amazing she is!!
Firstly She's always there as & when I need her (babysitting & one of care) and most importantly my son loves her, her house & all the other children so much he doesn't want to come home.
As soon as you enter Emma's house, you can feel the happiness, laughter & love everyone has. The smile on all the children's faces says it all.
From a very LARGE collection of books, to amazing garden toys I know my son is the best care possible. Without fail, I'm informed of what my son does on a daily basic, from what his played with, learned & what his had for tea. You can tell straight away the bond she has with all the children, and how much she loves her job. I can't fault her in anyway, I would highly recommend her to anyone. Nothing but good words to say!
She takes all the of ofsted regulations very seriously and always follows the guidelines and advise which is all documented.
So thankful I found someone who's so reliable, kind, tidy, loving !

We can't quite believe our luck finding Emma. She's become like a member of the family. She never lets us down, I can always rely on Emma to help me out at the drop of a hat, she is kind, caring & considerate, both my children adore her, it's always fun, fun fun at Emma's house! My little boy was really shy & clingy, not good around other people at all when he started going to Emma, I can't believe the difference in him in such a short time, his social skills, speech, confidence have developed beyond recognition. He gets to do so much when he's with Emma, she takes her mindees out to really fun, exciting & inspirational places & she also seems to have more to do at home in the way of equipment, books, toys etc than I have seen at any private nursery. There are loads of spaces & different environments to explore at Emma's, she has a great garden filled with lots of areas (playhouses, sheds, enormous sand pit, tents...you name it!)
I seriously don't know where she gets her boundless energy from. Keep up the good work!

We have two sons in which over the years Emma has taken care of. We had tried other childminders in the past but, was never completely happy,so when we Finally came a crossed Emma, it was a total blessing. As a working parent you want to know that when you leave your child they are safe and happy. With Emma I know I can go to work reassured that my children are in an environment where not only are they happy and safe BUT, they are looked after as if they are her own children. They are given the stability of a daily routine, fun, learning activities and even cuddles when needed.
On top of everything Emma does for our children she is also great with us. She is very patient, always happy to explain ANYTHING to us and most importantly keeps us posted on how our boys are doing during the day. Emma's attitude to not only the children she cares for but to us, the parents is amazing and because she keeps us so well updated with what our boys are doing and learning it makes me feel like I am not missing out on so much with them while at work and for me this is so important.
For us she is Truly more then just a childminder and for that we are so grateful.

Emma has been looking after our two year old daughter once or twice a week for the last ten months. She is very professional, caring and has a really lovely and fun personality. Our daughter adores her and has learnt so much during the time she has spent with her. They do lots of fun activities (I'm sometimes jealous that I can't come with them too!) indoors and outdoors, Emma has lovely child friendly house and garden.
She takes all the of ofsted regulations very seriously and always follows the guidelines and advise which is all documented.
She is very reliable, trustworthy and amazing with kids. The best thing is that you can tell she really loves spending time with kids and makes you feel part of the family! Don't know what we would do without her!

Emma is totally wonderful in every way - reliable, punctual, kind, thoughtful, tidy, loving and a truly good person. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone as my little boy adores her and has so much fun with her. I don't want anyone to steal her away from us though as I have no idea how I ever managed without her!

My son cy adores Emma, she has known him since he was a baby. cy is now 6 and always been brilliant with him, helping him to read, looking at nature with him. even getting in the pool with him..
emma is very warm hearted and a brilliant role model for any child.. she has two of the most sharing and caring children who involve cy in everything, even when he gets a little playful.
i would recommend emma to anyone looking for a fab babysitter, she has always been there last minute for me, never been late and always so happy :)
i would gladly give emma a reference should anyone want one...

Emma has looked after my son William aged 1yr on numerous occasions since he was born, and he absolutley loves her!
She is always singing and making him laugh and is a kind and caring person, I have had no qualms in leaving him with her-on some occasions he doesn't want to leave!
Emma's children Harry and Paige are lovely, happy and thoughtful, they are a credit to Emma, she does a fantastic job in raising them and any child would be extremely lucky to have her in their lives.
I will happily give a referance to anyone who requires it and absolutley recommend Emma to look after anyone's children!

Emma has a good nature and very children friendly..her skills as a childminder are professional and gives me peace of mind..
she has a great relationship with both my children which is evident when they are with her.
trust is a key factor for me and Emma gives me that peace of mind while i'm working and i will be recommending her to friends and family alike.
emma's home is lovely, with a very nice garden which i no my son enjoys a lot.
Her patience and understanding of children is very welcoming.

Emma is warm welcoming and very professional. I will never need anybody else as Emma is located very close to my home and is fantastic in what she does. Emma will always look after my two children Katie 8 and Jonny 3 at the last minute, adhock, arranged or when ever I might need an extra hand. Emma is very flexible, fun, gorgeously friendly and the children love her very much.
Keep doing what you are doing Emma it works. Thank you all all your dediction hardwork and for being you.
If I was to sum up Emma's service it would be warm, welcoming and fun in a safe environment with a fantastic super childminder.

Before I moved to Addlestone Emma was my super nanny for my three children, they love her so much they never wanted to leave. Emma's playroom where the art is done is fantastic and all three of my children thrieved with the activities she chose to do with them on a regular basis. I would consider moving back just for her babysitting service. Emma was one of a kind and I will always be eternally greatful for the help she gave me as a blind mother. I truely support any role she wishes to under take with children as from first hand experience I know she is the best!!! Emma's children Paige and Harry are a dream and the only children I have ever known to share every minute of the day (and as we know this is not natural lol.) They really are such a lovely family. Emma has looked after both of my children since birth. Alfie is 5 and Charlie is 1. Both of my children adore Emma and always have such fun whilst in her care. Emma's house is full of wonderful things to do, she has a lovely garden and is also very close to the local parks and playgroups.
Emma is one of the most trustworthy, realiable, helpful people I have ever had the pleasure in meeting.
Emma has never been late or let us down.
I highly recommend Emma to anybody and I am available should you like a verbal/written reference.
