As a first time mum returning to work after only 5 months, I was undoubtably anxious to leave my baby with anyone however after shopping around and viewing a few, I found Ann on Childcare.co.uk... She took the time to not only speak through her various daily routines/activities with the children but also show me around and share her own experiencing with her now grandchildren. With years of experience and second generation families returning, I just knew I'd found the one. We took time to settle my son in, easing us all in gently to the impeding change and I have zero regrets. My son has now been with Ann coming up to 5 months, enrolled full time and developing daily with the various interactions shared with the other children. Ann takes the time to properly plan the weeks ahead, looking to maximise on the children's motor and cognitive skills. Ann shares updates and photos throughout the day and created the most amazing keepsakes over Christmas for my sons first holidays. I would highly recommend Ann to all, not only is she a home from a home, mimicking the same environment in which my son is already used to, but she continues to work with our ever changing needs and is highly professional. I cannot fault any of Ann's services and at such a fair and honest price, once again taking the time to guide me through free funding and tax free childcare available. I cannot wait to watch how my son continues to learn from Ann's wealth of knowledge, experience and maternal instinct.

Ann is an excellent childminder and a wonderful person. I feel lucky to have found her on this website. Me and my husband did have a chat and visits with a couple of childminders but we felt that she was the best for us. She has been amazing and so very patient with our son. We feel at ease leaving him in such capable hands. Ann has a lovely home setting with lots of indoor and outdoor toys, a large garden with an aviary and a park with a playground just outside her home. She also has lots of cute pets. Ann always has tons of activities planned for the children throughout the day such as arts & crafts, baking, gardening, swimming in the hot tub during summertime, trips to the park and so much more. We love all his artworks that he brings home at the end of the day. Also, I want to mention that my son is a picky eater but the best thing about being in Ann's house is that all the children eat together so he is encouraged to eat his meals. Ann also gently teaches manners and boundaries which we appreciate as I admit our son do have a habit of testing said boundaries and has a bit of a temper. Our little one has come a long way and he has learned so much especially with socialising with the other children. We also appreciate the updates like the pictures that she sends thru Whatsapp and the notes in his diary like what activities he's done, what he ate and his naptimes. She also finds the time for a quick chat when we come to pick him up as to how he's been throughout the day. We are absolutely happy with her service and highly recommend her for anyone looking for a childminder!

We are so lucky to have found Ann! My daughter has been with Ann since she was 17 months old and she’s now 2. I was very apprehensive about leaving her with a childminder, but Ann worked with me to do a very gradual settling in which helped my own separation anxiety too! I quickly increased the days my daughter was there as I could see how much it was benefitting her.
Her social skills and confidence have come on in leaps and bounds, as has her knowledge of nearly all things! Ann’s house is set up for children and is very child centric. My daughter loves the animals and all the arts and crafts they do, she’s so proud coming out with her paintings!
Ann stays in touch with us all the time and we get photos during the day which is amazing because we feel so involved and are able to speak about her day once she’s home. We couldn’t be happier with how our daughter is progressing, we feel very lucky. A huge thank you to Ann for everything!
