We worked with Nicky for more than 1.5 years, starting when our little girl was just 8 months old. Nicky's been amazing from the start. As busy parents, having someone as reliable as Nicky was a big help.
More than just being on time, Nicky really took good care of our daughter. She understood what little ones need and gave them lots of attention. We felt really lucky to have her.
What was great about Nicky was how well she fit into our family. She understood our routines and how we liked to do things. She was super professional too.
We recently stopped working with Nicky because our little one started nursery. However, we look forward to working with her again when we need childcare.
In short, Nicky became like family to us. We trusted her completely with our daughter. If you need someone reliable, caring, and professional, Nicky's the correct person.

Nicky helped me out juggling a my two sons (a 10 week old and a two year old) every evening for a week. She was fantastic with both boys (who loved her!), and very flexible moving between the two of them - be it playing with them, feeding them or changing nappies. She was also very quick to respond to emails/texts, punctual and very accommodating of the specific hours I needed her help during. Would highly recommend Nicky and hope to use her services again. Thanks heaps Nicky!

We initially employed Nicky as a night nanny for our two identical twin boys when they were released from a long stay in NICU weighing 5lbs each. From the outset she was extremely professional and we were fully reassured that she could take care of them overnight (3 hr feeds required).
After that initial period of about 8-10 weeks overnights, Nicky transitioned to providing 6 hours day care for the boys 4 days a week. Nicky has been amazingly flexible, punctual and reliable throughout and has been central to the boys development (which was challenging at the start). We now have 2 happy boys who are inquisitive and learning well and this is testament to the love and care that Nicky has provided.
If it wasn’t for the fact that we are moving house out of the area, we would have hoped to keep Nicky a couple of days a week as an adjunct to some nursery provision.
I have absolutely no reservations whatsoever in thoroughly recommending Nicky to you – wherever she works next will be very fortunate to have her.

Nicky looked after our 10 month old daughter and a friends’ 11 month old son at our hotel for two days while we attended a wedding. The babies warmed to her quickly and her friendliness, warmth and experience put me at ease straight away. She talked through everything with me in advance and arrived on time. She played with the babies, fed and changed them, put them down and soothed them, and kept us updated throughout the day. We would definitely recommend her, thanks Nicky!

Nicky helped us one day a week in those tricky first few months with our baby girl twins. She was an amazing help and her knowledge and experience was invaluable to us. I would recommend Nicky and really valued the confidence and advice she provided during her time with us.

Nicky looked after our newborn twins for 8 weeks at night. They had spent 12 weeks in NICU before coming home so it was really important to us that we had someone qualified and experienced to give us confidence. Nicky did everything that we could have expected and looked after our boys amazingly. I can highly recommend Nicky's services to everyone.

Nicky helped with feeding, nappy change, sleeping and kept little one happy throughout the day. My son is an energetic 1 year old walking and running around the flat all day long - so lots of energy required keeping up with him. In the first day, she gave space to him, allowing him to get used to a new person in his life, which really helped establish a good relationship between the two. She is reliable and always on time. They played together, read books, and sang lots of nursery rhymes and lots of chasing around the flat too - given that little one just started walking on his own. Lots of thanks for helping out.
