Fantastic

We are so happy we chose Loulous Little Ones for our son. He is always so happy in the mornings when we drop him off and when we pick him up we can tell he's had lots of fun. This shows in the weekly observations she sends us. He has come on so much since starting there and she's amazing with him which we also see at drop off and pick ups. He absolutely loves being there! We know he will continue to thrive there and we would definitely recommend her to anyone thinking of using a childminder!

Brilliant!

Lou has looked after my twins over the last several months. They have come on leaps and bounds since being with her and they have such a good time while their there, they always look so happy when I pick them up and are eager to go in when arriving in the morning. Myself and my twins will miss going to Lou’s and would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Loved it

We could not have been more grateful to have found LouLouslittleones! Our daughter has had the best time since the very first day. Louise is very warm and welcoming to each of the children. Since staying at Lou, our daughter has really developed and thrived. She’s always really looking forward to the days she’s due to go to Lou and that to a parents says a lot. 😌

Thank you very much Lou! You have made the move from London to Gillingham so much smoother.

Fantastic

After having a bad experience with a previous child-minder, Lou managed to restore my faith! I am a first time mum and I was going back to work after maternity leave to a brand new role. Lou was so accommodating when it came to the settling in sessions and she really put my mind at rest so that I could focus on getting back into the routine of going to work everyday. My little girl settled really well and I just felt comfortable leaving her there. She was absolutley thriving there and seemed to be having lots of fun doing things that supported her development. The setting was lovely and she was given nutritious food. I also really liked that she uses the Kindlery app to record little bits from my daughters day with photos and videos. We had a really great experience using Lou and I would highly recommend! we miss you and the kids Lou! XX

Amazing!!

Being first time parents,we were extremely nervous about putting our son into childcare. However, as soon as we met Lou she completely put our minds at ease. She was friendly and welcoming at the initial meetings and her home was interactive and inviting for our son. Lou presented us with a portfolio of certificates and childcare information and left no stone unturned. Our son was born during the pandemic so he is very clingy to mum and dad, one month in with Lou his confidence has skyrocketed and his personality is shining through. We cannot recommend Lou enough!

Fun, Flexible and Friendly!

Lou childminds for my Little boy who is nearly 3. He loves going there any playing with the toys - and there are so many toys!
Lou is really approachable and friendly; not only have I found a great childminder bug I’ve gained a friend too.
She’s flexible with times as well, so if I’m running a bit late, it’s never a problem.
My son has really thrived since she’d looked after him, his confidence has come in leaps and bounds too.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible and caring childminder.
