Vera is an amazing childminder for our 1 year old little girl. She’s been in her setting since last September and has developed in leaps and bounds since then. Since starting with Vera our little one has started saying lots of words and her physical development has also improved. Vera makes what look like delicious meals and our daughter really enjoys eating there (more than she does at home!).
We can see just how much Vera cares about our daughter and wants to see her thrive. She encourages her to be independent and supports her learning well. She sends us photos daily, updates us on her progress and tells us where we could aid her development more. The children do lots of structured activities like painting, colouring, singing songs, story time etc.
Our toddler gets on well with Vera’s family and it’s clear they treat her like one of their own.
Communication wise, I don’t agree with the negative review. Vera set our her policies clearly from the start and always goes above and beyond to be accommodating, kind and professional when we forget about them. She even responds to out of hours messages. Vera is a lovely, caring and helpful person and our daughter loves her and gets on well with the other children in her care.

We are beyond happy with our experience with Vera, we've been sending our daughter (nearly 2 years old) since September last year and we've seen her develop and grow by leaps and bound in that time. She's learning so much, and the days seem very well structured and organised. We receive constant communication throughout the day about our daughters progress and what they're getting up to. Vera is very considerate in catering to dietary needs also, and her family have shown nothing but love for our little one.
Very highly recommend!

My 3.5 year old son went there for only a few months as we had recently moved to the area. I was quite impressed with Vera's style of childcare - Vera sent us regular pictures throughout the day & gave us updates on his progress at end of the day, she put in effort to learn my son's interest and tune that into his activities.
She even selflessly recommended that we should try for a nursery school for our son as he can benefit more in a scheduled learning style as he is quick learner and her recommendation turned out really great for us.
My son learned so much even during his short time with Vera and highly recommend her.

Vera has been looking after our daughter for a few months now and I must say she is very caring and lovely person. Our daughter is happy in her setting and loves her and we see how quickly she is learning new things.
Communication is perfect. We get pictures/videos of our daughter's activities regularly.
I highly recommend Vera!

We have sent both our daughters to Vera's setting with our oldest starting beginning of 2022. Our first daughter's experience was great with a friendly family environment combined with other children she got on well with. This is why we decided to have our second daughter go to the setting as well, unfortunately we felt the whole environment has changed since September and after 6 weeks of trying we decided it wasn't a positive setting for our 2nd child.
It was a disappointing end as Vera chose an unprofessional style of communication when we followed the termination procedure in the contract. She conducted herself in a such manner which concerned us enough to just pay out the termination period without sending our daughter to her care.

It was nice to hear that your first child had a great experienced and got on well with other child in my setting. We really liked K, every morning she gave me a beautiful smile and hug. She was really a sweet girl.
Unfortunetly your youngest child did not work as good as you expected, as you and dad said "she was quite clingy and different compare to her sister" but she was different girl when she was with other friends.
I accepted your short notice and appreaciated it.
I understood you and daddy decision to keep her in your care. I, my assistant and children really missed M.
I will try my best to improve my communication with parents in the future.

Both my daughters started with Vera back in October 2021. We are so happy with the service Vera provides. The girls love her home cooked food and trips out. Vera is very professional and loves teaching the children she has in her care. We couldn’t ask for better childcare for our babies. Our older daughter is leaving to join school in September but I am happy our youngest is with Vera for longer.

Vera is an absolutely amazing childminder! Our son (12 months) has been with Vera for the past 6months and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Her facilities are superb, with daily activities and learning focus being amazing and the care couldn’t be better. Her family welcomed our son as if he was their own, which I cannot thank her highly enough. She deserves more than 5 stars!!!

Hi Mummy... Thank you so much for trusting me to look after your son. It was really a pleasure being around with him. He was a lovely, cuties, handsome baby boy. We really miss him and we will never stop remebering when he laughed, giggled and chatty.
