Ila is an absolute gem and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. Our son is always excited to see her and drop offs have never been a battle, which says everything. She creates such a warm environment where the children clearly feel completely at ease. She sets up the most wonderful sensory activities, makes sure they get plenty of outdoor time and play every day and serves a varied and balanced diet that we really appreciate. It truly is a home from home setting. We don’t know what we would do without her! 🩷

Ila has cared for our 15 month old for the last 6 months and we are so happy we found her! I trust Ila completely with my baby and never worry about how he is when he is there. He always reaches out for her when we arrive which I take as an amazing sign that he is super happy there.
Ila takes the children outside every day or to super fun things like softplay or a role play cafe. She does really inventive indoors activities that feel really fun but are also educational.
I love the completely personal way in which Ila works. Our son doesn't eat much and is a bad sleeper- both of which she has gone above and beyond to accommodate him to make sure he eats and sleeps whilst there.
I wouldn't change anything about how Ila looks after our baby and definitely won't be moving him anywhere else! Thank you Ila, we love you! xx

We feel really lucky to have found Ila. She’s warm, kind, and just naturally brilliant with children, and it shows in everything she does with Aria.
The biggest giveaway for us is how excited Aria is to go to her. There are no morning battles, no hesitation, she just happily goes in, which honestly says more than anything we could write here. You can’t really fake that kind of reaction from a child.
Since starting with Ila, we’ve noticed Aria becoming more confident and willing to try things on her own. She clearly enjoys all the activities Ila plans, and being around the other children has helped her learn patience, which as any parent knows is no small achievement.
One of our favourite little things is that Aria sometimes copies the way Ila speaks. She’ll suddenly come out with these very polite, gentle phrases and we just look at each other like, “well… that definitely didn’t come from us!” It’s lovely, and a bit funny too.
Most importantly, Aria clearly feels safe, happy, and cared for. She talks about Ila with so much affection, and that’s the best reassurance we could ask for.
We honestly couldn’t recommend Ila more. She’s not just a great childminder, she’s someone who genuinely makes a difference.

Ila's been such a wonderful childminder for our daughter and she's just thrived in her setting. It was the first time we'd left her in the care of someone else which can be a worrying time but Ila maintained great communication and she settled really quickly.
Our 3 year old is always excited to go to Ila's house and we receive regular updates about the adventures that they get up to during the day along with what snacks/ lunch etc they've been having. They get up to such a broad range of things and it's fabulous Ila takes inspiration from what the children talk about/ show an interest in to shape learning and development activities.
We're so grateful we found her and couldn't recommend her services more.

We have been so impressed with Ilona’s care over the past six months while she has been looking after our two year old. From the very start, she has shown incredible attention to detail, genuine care for our child’s development, and excellent communication, which has been incredibly reassuring for us as parents.
Finding the right person to look after our child was not easy, but we truly feel that we made the best choice with Ilona. She provides regular updates throughout the day, giving us peace of mind, and she constantly takes the children on exciting adventures, ensuring they are engaged, happy, and learning through play.
The level of communication we have with Ilona is fantastic. She keeps us well informed, listens to our thoughts and preferences, and always takes them on board, which is reflected in the care she provides. It’s clear that she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in the way our child thrives under her care.
We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Ilona to any parents looking for a kind, dedicated, and attentive childminder.

Ilona was just amazing with and for Millie, and for me!
Without Ilona I couldn’t have returned to work as confidently. She was exactly what I was looking for!
Millie was always pleased to see Ilona, reaching out her arms! They always went out in the morning for walks, exploring, playground feeding ducks, rhyme time etc.
The afternoon activities are always interesting and Millie always seemed very engaged and happy. There was lots of variety.
We feel very lucky to have met Ilona- she cooked Millie special nutritious vegan meals (our request!), sent lots of photos throughout the day and responded to Millie’s needs- Adjusting sleep, food and activity schedules as needed day to day and as she got older.
We still meet up now, so our children get to see eachother as they built such a lovely bond. I am grateful for everything she did for us, for being so reliable and engaging and bonding with Millie & building her confidence in those early years.

Ilona is a fantastic childminder who has been looking after our son for 2 years. She takes our 2 year old out every day and always provides another engaging activity in the afternoon too. Ilona sends updates throughout the day of all activities and most importantly, our son is very happy there! He has been really well looked after and is developing well.
