Amazing childminder

I have been utilising Yayas Angelz for approximately 2 years during school holidays and before school hours. As a key hospital worker, I start work very early and knowing my child in well looked after allows me to carry out my job stress free. The services provided are excellent! My child is always happy and well looked after. He often asks me when he will go again as he has so much fun. I find that the activities are engaging, nurturing fun and tailored to your children's age/needs.

The best!

I couldn't be happier with the welcoming, caring and friendly environment provided for my daughter. I couldn't ask for a better person to help her develop and grow. My daughter adores Karlene. I can highly recommend Yayaz Angelz!

I had never used a childminder or nanny before so I was worried when I had to leave my son with Karlene. I must say that she has gone above and beyond what I expected. My son is autistic and there are a lot of things that I couldn’t get him to try in terms of food but thanks to this amazing woman my son now eats his veggies and loves to drink water. She nurtures him like one of her own. She is Godsend and my son loves her. I am so grateful to have her as my childminder. She comes highly recommended.

THE BEST!

I found Yayaz angle to be a very positive aspect in my child's life. She has been with karlene since she was 3, she is now 5 soon to be 6. She is really good with her (she has autism). I find for a child minder her place looks like an actually nursery with loads to play sections in and out side the house; from kitchen to shopping corner where kids get to interact as a customer and shopper. My daughter especially loves the costume corner as she love to play pretend. Her language skills has improved and she has become a lot more social. Karlene is very flexible, I cannot tell you the amount of times she has help me out with last minute family or work issues (I am a nurse) . My child feels safe there and is loved and taken care of for years now. She is the BEST!

Unprofessional. Bad. Horrible. The worst. A LIAR

If you want someone who's going to change timings and plans with no notice then definitely use her. Want someone who oversteps boundaries.? Want someone whose going to make up lies about you and your child and twist your words?. Want someone who is going to affect your job? Make your boss give away your shifts because they don't open the door at the time agreed. She is honestly the worse childminder I have met and do not trust her to watch my child or anyone else's child. Honestly don't use her. She charges her own hours and prices and if you question it be prepared to never get the answer as she will reply with something that has nothing to do with those questions.

Very satisfactory 10/10

Karlene has been more than I could have expected considering how nervous I was to use a childminder for the first time. She communicates frequently throughout providing care. My daughter is well fed and looked after. The environment, settings, and entire surroundings are satisfactory. I couldn't ask for a better person to care for my little one. She loves going to Aunty Karlene.

Brief settling sessions

My daughter has not been looked after by many people I thought I would give her a couple weeks of childminding sessions as I prefer a nursery kind of setting she took on very well to Karline, I was impressed with the amount of different toys and obvious indoor activities and cleanliness of the spaces she uses for the children I felt very relief that I could find someone I felt comfortable leaving my daughter with as I know she would be fed, clean and engage in activities.
