My son was in the care of Severine and Valentine from the age of 6 months to 4 years old. I was very happy with the care they provided and most importantly very comfortable from early on. The setting is more like a mini Nursery than a childminder based on the resources and the activities provided, so I didn’t feel like my son missed out on not attending nursery. They are both lovely, open minded people who work with you to ensure your child’s needs are met. My son loved them and still always fondly of them both. Thank you Severine and Valentine!

It has been a pleasure to care for your son for the past three years and I am please to still be part of his daily care by collecting him from school.
Caring for him has broaden our childcare skills as we provided activities and resources to meet each stage of his Early Learning Goals.

We found this setting on this website and it felt good straight away. During our first meeting we realized that Severine looked after my husbands sister when she was younger at a nearby nursery. We knew straight away that this was the place where we wanted our daughter to go to.
It is a wonderful setting and both Severine and Valentine are amazing carers and brilliant amongst all the children. They have a very relaxing atmosphere in the house and garden and there is always lots to explore, lunches are home cooked and it feels very natural.
The number of children at the setting was just right. My daughter learnt lots of social skills, but still got lots of attention.
Our daughter learnt so much whilst being in their care and still talks at home about Severine and Valentine. The daily notes and pictures on the online app were great for us as parents to know what her day has been like.
Our daughter has been in their care for about 18 months and sadly had to leave because we moved home. We cannot recommend them enough!

Fiona's enthusiasm and determination to the activities we provided shall be dearly missed. As well as my cuddles and her talking about what she is doing!

Severine and her mum Valentine are excellent. They have looked after my son for almost a year now (3 days a week) and he has enjoyed it from the get go. It is like a mini nursery, they do fun activities to help with development with lots of art and music making but also playing in the garden (a great space with lots to explore!). They have been excellent at keeping us updated on progress and sending daily notes and pictures/videos on how he is doing. It is a relaxed environment and the kids love playing together. I liked that it was mixed age group and not too many kids all at once especially since my son was starting quite young (from 5 months).

Severine and her mother run an excellent service, like a mini nursery. She updates info on the babydays app daily so I can see what he ate, how long he slept etc.
My son’s speech had been slightly delayed, partly being bilingual, and it has improved dramatically since being in their care.
He eats well with them, which was surprising, and comes back exhausted and happy.
Definitely recommend Quality Childcare

My son Kairo attended this childcare and at first I was scared to leave him alone because he was attached to me but on his first day they greeted him with smiles and he was excited and was happy to go play with the other children . I enjoyed my son attending their childcare because I felt like they were taking good care of him and he settled in straight away so I felt comfortable. This is definitely a place I would recommend by far . Very understanding and helpful . Thank you so much Severine .. Paris

Our daughter, Daphne, began with Severine and Valentine when she was almost one and they have seen her through to two years wonderfully. There is the perfect mix of loving care and discipline and the nursery size means that all the children are well attended to. Whenever I go there, there is always a happy crowd of enthusiastic playful children. There is also a large back garden to play in with the usual playground amenities. Also Paddington Recreation Ground is just around the corner for daily excursions. The nursery also has a proper, professional oniine contract and billing service and reports on Daphne's progress are posted online every day. We are moving Daphne on, with sadness, only to make sure that Daphne has a good grounding in Danish, which is her mother's first language. We will all miss the team there.

We shall miss Daphne very much and we wish her lots of success and enjoyment as she progresses with her Danish. :)
Our daughter was not even 5 months old when I went back to work so I did not want to send her to a busy nursery as I thought she was too young. Having a childminder was another option but I did not want our daughter to be too isolated either.
Then I found Severine and Valentine who offer this unique service which is a sort of a micro-nursery. It combines the personalised care which they can offer because of the small number of kids with the facilities of a nursery at a smaller scale thanks to the way they arranged the house with the ground floor being exclusively for kids, in addition to the garden at the back.
Our daughter is now 2,5 years old and we are leaving the country so sadly we have to say good bye to her friends and carers.
Severine and Valentine have been wonderful with her and a great support to me and her dad helping us weaning her as well as potty training her.
Most importantly they cared for her and taught her values and skills which any kids need in their development. For all these reasons, I will always be grateful for their support.

It is with a sadden heart that we had to say goodbye to Mathilde.
We have immensely enjoyed caring for Mathilde over the past two years. We thank you both for the continued support you have given to us and the experience that we have gained by providing Mathilde the care, learning and developmental journey from the age of 4 months to two and a half years of age.
All her friends miss her too!

My daughter stayed at Quality Childcare for 6.5 months. She started at 10 month-old.
I have been very pleased with the overall experience.
The free settling in period was professionally handled and very useful for both my daughter and myself.
The house is of a decent size with a big garden. There are toys everywhere and for different ages which is great for the child development. The garden features a trampoline, a Wendy house, a sand tray, a slide.... My daughter loved them all and had a lot of fun.
There is a nice mix of kids from different ages. I loved it because I have seen my daughter developing all her skills mingling with older children.
Severine keeps track of everything in a diary which is great to know what your child has done during the day.
They also provide food which I found very convenient being a working mum.
Finally Severine and her mum, Valentine, have been very flexible and have accommodated me on a few occasion.
The only reason we have to leave them is because we are moving house.
I know my daughter is going to miss them and all the kids because she's had a great time and was feeling like at home.
I will definitely recommend them.

My daughter commenced at Quality Childcare at very short notice following a dreadful experience at a previous childminder. I believe she was around 10.5 months old. From the point of initial contact I was immediately put at ease by Severine's, friendly, reasonable and pragmatic approach. She was able to facilitate a settling in plan for my daughter which worked well for us both and her level of experience and insight settled my anxieties about the affect changing childcare provision so quickly may have on my daughters ability to settle.
My daughter became particularly attached to Severine’s Mum who she also works with, and used to follow her from room to room! Whilst my daughter did cry most mornings, I knew she was in good hands, by the friendly greeting and warm response she received when she became upset at our parting.
The level of detail in the communication was second to none and amazed me given that they are so busy looking after the children, and still managed to do so much with them. During my daughters time there she has been given food that we do not eat at home which has expanded her palate and their patience and perseverance, means that my daughter is now eating fruit and enjoying it!
The settling, is bright, vibrant, child centred, clean and safe.
Unfortunatly my daughter only attended Quality childcare for 2 months, as I have decided to relocate to be closer to family. That being said I have been so impressed with the amount of new things that my daughter has been given the opportunity to experience during this time. I have had hand pictures, valentine’s cards and my daughter was given a first birthday card made by all her friends. Those kind of things are a lovely touch and really mean so much to parents who feel guilty about having to work and having to place their child in childcare. If we had not been moving my daughter would have continued to attend for the foreseeable future. I genuinely felt at ease leaving her there, in the knowledge that I could drop her off and get on with my day at work without a worry, only looking forward to picking her up when it was time to go home.

My daughter Raynan attended Quality childcare from the age of 8 months to 2 years 6 months.
What drew me to choose Quality childcare was the warm and supportive nature of the carers. The setting was welcoming, colorful, vibrant and full of activities for the children to partake in. It very much reminded me of my own childhood nursery which was based in a house. I was kept informed of my daughters development in all areas and given guidance on things that I could do at home to support that. My daughter loved her time here and became extremely close to all the carers and children.
For me this wasn't just a childcare service, they became extended family during our time there. It's not always an easy process finding childcare that best fits you and your child but Quality childcare ticked all the boxes. They made the transition period for me as a mother returning to work and separating from my baby very calm, smooth and comfortable.
I am eternally grateful for all Severine, Valentine and Ashal done in support of my daughters growth and well being...THANK YOU SO MUCH!

It was a pleasure to care for Raynan, having cared for Raynan for nearly two years enabled us to not only cherish her for longer but also cherish the memories we now have of her younger days growing up.
