Incredibly reliable and professional care

Nancy Allwright was our care provider for our two sons. Nancy has good communication skills with both our sons and us parents. Nancy is honest, reliable and flexible, and if we need to change hours, she is always accommodating. Nancy always knows that the child's welfare is paramount above anything else. If the child were sick or hurt themselves, she would call to inform us. Nancy is friendly to both of our sons; they are both fond of her and enjoy spending time with Abbie (Nancy's daughter). Our older son is very shy and nervous, and our youngest son has hearing problems, but both children thrived being in Nancy's care and were very happy to be with her. Nancy has all the skills and qualities of an excellent childminder, and we know our children were secure and safe when being cared for by her.

Truly Commendable Childminder

We appointed Nancy as our childminder for our two children (1 year and 4 year old) in April 2015. We were very pleased with the level of care, attention and professionalism that she has demonstrated. After having a terrible experience in the past. I can, however, confirm that Nancy has done an excellent job of making us feel at ease and comfortable in the knowledge that our children were safe, engaged, happy and are shown a good level of care and attention that we would expect from a childminder. We met the other children that Nancy cares for. It was clear how happy and comfortable in Nancy's care. Nancy demonstrated a genuine compassion towards the children, and this was an important deciding factor for us.

Nancy is approachable and, most importantly for us, trustworthy. Nancy communicated with us regularly and clearly highlighted what our daughter has done during the time with her, including meals, nappies, sleep, any issues or achievements. She backs this up by sending us pictures by text messages to show how/what our daughters are doing. This is a beneficial aspect of Nancy's service to put our minds at ease as parents, knowing that our child is happy and relaxed is confirmation enough that we have made the correct choice with our childminder. Our daughters settled with Nancy from the very first session, which showed us that they felt comfortable with her and gave us peace of mind, which was contrary to our previous two experiences.

Furthermore, Nancy supports our daughter's development and social experience by attending local playgroups and soft play centres. This is another good feature for us as it helps our daughter to engage with others and helps her social development, learning and understanding. Nancy has a welcoming, clean, and comfortable home environment which is well equipped with toys for engaging children and supporting their development.

Thank you Nancy, you truly are amazing!

Nancy has been looking after our daughter who is three years old. We consider Nancy to be a professional childminder with our daughter interests at heart. Our daughter always looks forward to spending time with Nancy as she goes to many different playgroups and enjoys all of the fun activities. As parents our minds are at ease knowing we can trust Nancy to look after our daughter at all time and helps her with many skills like reading, writing and learning though fun. Nancy generally a calm natured childminder and fully responsible and flexible when required. We would be happy to recommend Nancy as a childminder with a very safe and secure setting. She always ready to support us and help our daughter continue to grow into a happy, confident and well mannered girl.

Highly recommended

I can throughly recommend Nancy Allwright as an excellent childminder. She has been after my 2 children for over 10 years. Both my son and daughter love spending time with her. Nancy also makes sure the children are very well cared for and also ensure they have an enjoyable time. Nancy is well trusted by us and we are always confident that the kids will be safe and happy whenever they are with her. Nancy is fantastic with the kids and we are extremely pleased with her service.

Nancy is BRILLIANT Childminder!

Nancy has been looking after my son, Theodore, since he was 2 years old; he is now 6 years old. He is ready to take on his next year with a fantastic foundation thanks to Nancy's care. Nancy is an absolutely brilliant childminder - trustworthy, kind and deeply caring. She has been a constant and nurturing presence in Theodore's life, and we have always felt confident and at ease knowing he is in her care. Over the years, she has played an important role in Theodore's development. Teaching him so much along the way- this shows by his mannerisms and knowledge he presents every day.

From hitting key milestones to learning important social and practical skills, Nancy has been there every step of the way. Her patience, warmth, and dedication to caring for our son have such a positive impact on Theodore. We are incredibly grateful for everything she has done for my family.
